[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really high-quality. It's the perfect density very comfortable and it's covered not bare foam like some. I've seen quite happy with my purchase. And it's inexpensive enough that I can have a couple of spares which has mastectomy supply users. No is not usually possible financially.

These bra inserts are perfect for me. I had a mastectomy after breast cancer. These inserts are so much lighter 
and more comfortable than the ones from the breast center.

i needed something for my sports bra and my silicone prosthesis was too bulky. This worked nicely. It wouldnt be great for every day regular bras, but for sports bras it's nice.
