these are great..they dont kink up..they dont tangle and tie up in knots just simply pick it up and it comes unrolled and ready to use strong enough to walk on or roll over without crushing it flat ..dont rust ..dont fall apart in weather...just an all around great product..im going to buy a 100 ft next time the one i got was only 25 ft but i plan on buying a couple more in different lengths ..i love these things..a wise investment

We love this hose.  Recently used it while pressure cleaning the deck rail prior to painting.  Easy to pull along the decks, no snagging, very lightweight, and no slowing down for kinks.  We even used it to hold down the light plastic used to protect our hardieboard siding, while painting.  We roll it up and store in an  empty plant pot, so we can move it wherever we need it.

I purchased this as a gift for my neighbors.  They immediately put it to very good use.

THE BIONIC STEEL GARDEN HOSE works well and was the perfect length for their front lawn and surrounding flower beds.  It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and it comes with a bonus - its own nozzle!

Setup was definitely quick and easy, all done in minutes.

The only minor issue l would mention is that when I was coiling it onto the hose reel, it didn't lie completely flat.  This could be due to the way it was originally packed .  No problems otherwise.

My neighbors are happy and so am I.

GREAT VALUE WITH EASE OF USE

This is the second one I've bought. The first one is still in great shape after a year. This thing does not kink ever and is so easy to wrap around your stand.  I'll never go back to standard hoses. You will not regret this purchase.

Best garden hose

I have a small patio, this hose stays coiled in a very small area unlike my rubber hoses that kink and won't coil up anymore. I wish I would have gotten this steel hose instead of the rubber hose I bought last time.

Glad I got this hose

Minimal pressure. Probably ok for light watering.
Put my old kinked hose back on because it's still stronger than this one.
Will keep as back up because don't want to  go through return process.

Bionic Steel Garden Hose 50' ft

Purchased this hose in September 2021 to water plants on a townhouse patio. I live in the south, this December the temperature my have dropped just below freezing a few times. On one of the warm days, I went out to water the plants and got sprayed because of a leak in the “ Bionic Hose. ” I may have used it 10 times. I tried contacting the seller, with no reply, so I've contacted the company that made it. It supposed to have a one year warranty. My fingers are crossed. Needless to say, this product is not worth the money or time.

Bionic hose, “NOT”

They advertise this as basically leakproof and unbreakable, well wrong on both counts. I had them for less than 3 months, one part leaked and the other got run over by a car and completely destroyed it. No other hose I have ever had got even marred by being run over. Piece of junk.

very poor quality-very  difficult to connect to hose reel (not quite the correct size end fitting)  Also,  the first time I used it- the  very thin steel broke and the underlying plastic had a large hole.  This is useless, and too much difficulty to dry out to return.  DO NOT BUY

poor quality-brakes easily

i thought my luck was pretty good with a 5 year warranty.  I had it at faucet barely turned on because i was just misting my plants and it burst! This hose is supposed to be burst resistant!! I need a hose i threw my old rubber hose away and it's going to be hot! NOT HAPPY!
