Ease Of Putting On

Lace Quality

These are my second pair of Juniper hiking boots, and I am pleased to be able to get them again. I find it very hard to buy boots that fit my feet and do not cause pain when I walk. These boots fit perfectly, and are so comfortable, I actually enjoy walking in them. I used them as a winter boot for two years with my feet never getting cold nor having problems slipping on ice. Thank you for a great product.

Wonderfully comfortable

Bogs

The boots are comfortable, waterproof and perfect for this time of year! Comfortable like a sneaker, light as can be and waterproof. The zipper on the side makes it super easy to slide them on and off instead of having to lace them up everyday though I'd still give a raving review even if they were strictly laced! I needed a boot/shoe for commuting back and forth to work. There hasn't been a ton of snow so I didn't want to break out the winter boots just yet and these are perfect for me! I get compliments on them daily and always recommend them to others!!

Favourite 2023 purchase!

I wore these boots on a weekend trip to Chicago and New Orleans. I was getting over 25,000 steps a day with no blisters or discomfort. This is an amazing feat for footwear! And the blue laces matched my blue jacket, so I felt stylish on my very long urban walks. Back home now, I'm sure to wear these boots on my daily trail walks.

Comfortable and stylish

over the past 10 years I have purchased 3 pairs of bogs. They are stylish, and very good quality easy to slip on which makes it nice if you need to go slip out quickly. I still have the first pair I purchased 10 years ago, however they will need replacement.

stylish, good quality

These hikers are extremely light which make them great for packing. I wouldn't mind if there was a slightly more elevated heel bed like some of the other Bogs I own. The blue laces are a great accent. I do have to untie the boot slightly with the zipper down to slip these down, but I have a high instep.

Stylish and light!

Could be a wider fit or have a wide version available although I have found this with all BOGS boots! Lots of Compliments, I have only worn for 2 days and they are super comfortable and no break in required! Super light weight! Would recommend to anyone looking for a little, cute, comfortable and waterproof but not winter boot!

Comfortable Lots of Compliments!

These Bog boots are the third pair I have purchased - I'm very disappointed that the size is a full size larger than the previous size 7's I purchased... and I followed the guide for measuring my foot outline/length I left 2 voice messages at the 800 number (after receiving the boots) on the packing slip, to query about this sizing, but did not hear back.

Sizing not consistent

I was disappointed that these did not fit right. I tried two sizes and they were still too narrow. I usually wear an 8 in Bogs and they would fit great. I had to exchange the 8 for an 8.5 but still too narrow. This was with basic socks too and I have a narrow foot. I believe a size 9 would be too long. I gave up and returned the 8.5. It's really too bad because I loved the style, design and colour. I'll still continue to buy Bogs but need to really pay attention to the style.

Too Small

I purchased 2 of these hikers for myself and my daughter. Thinking that being waterproof and a hiker they would be great for fall camping. Unfortunately the bottoms seem that they would be very slippery in wet outdoor weather. I was disappointed with the picture and what I received, the shoes look nicer in the picture.

Comfortable but not what I expected for hikers

I bought these specifically because they were supposed to be waterproof. I was replacing a pair of the Bogs slip on chelsea boots, which I loved. I work at an animal shelter and we hose down the kennels everyday and my feet will get splashed with water. The Juniper is not waterproof, not even water resistant. My feet get soaked every time. Comfortable shoe though, just not as advertised.
