I received my BRITA Water Cooler a few days ago and could not be happier.  What sold me on this product is that I no longer need to purchase 5 gallon bottles of water when it runs empty.  Filling it back up at my kitchen sink is the hot setup and my water is now free.  In the past our family has used about 1 big 5 gallon bottle each week, at $7 each, so I figure in just a few months this purchase will have paid for itself.  This water cooler works like a charm and not needing to lug the bottles from my local retailer is super convenient.

I really was surprised and delighted in the shipping, I received my water cooler in just two days!  As for the product, it is exactly what I was looking for; a product that looks great and is also functional.  The fact that Brita came up with a system that allows me to fill my bottle right from my sink, circulates that through a built in Brita filter, and saves me money and time by not having to travel and purchase a bottle every few weeks.  Plus, I get the same quality of purified bottle water that I enjoy, right from my own tap.  I have decent well water, but now much better tasting!

Brita Cooler Tops Them All

While I have only had this a short time, so far I love it.  The water has a pure taste, much better than spring water which can have a salty taste.  Also, I am disabled, and getting spring water delivered was difficult and then I would have to store it.  I can put this on a plant roller , fill the bottle about 2/3 full and roll it to the Brita.

Great decision to switch to Brita

I kinda liked the idea of a water cooler where I wouldn't need to keep paying for the big bottles, but this water cooler blew away my expectations.  Using one of the faucet filters was such a good idea - there's no delay and the water flows quickly.  Refilling the bottle is super easy too, and I love how the stainless steel matches with my other appliances.  Plus, not having to pay for any more of those big bottles or haul them around is just so nice!

I don't like it, I love it.

Had it a week and am very pleased with it. No lugging bottles somewhere to fill. Fill from tap, and the Brita filter gives you clean excellent tasting hot or cold water..

Great fully filtered water

We are enjoying the great tasting water. Perfect temperature, we aren't using the hot water feature. It's great to just fill the jug from our faucet, and not have to keep buying jugs. Very happy with our purchase!

Great water cooler!

I bought this because it also has a filter in it. I have a filter on my sink also, so I just fill-up the 5 gallon jug whenever it's empty. 
The only thing that I would improve is to put a light where you put the glass to fill up because at night time you just have to guess; not to worry though I like lights and I will find a solution

Love it!

Water cooler/filter system works fine, hot water is a nice extra , looks good and fits in well with our decor. Am only giving four stars for now as I can't comment on durability as we've only been using it for a short time.

Good looking cooler

Very loud vibration. Leaked frequently from filter and from the area that takes water into reservoir.

Would never purchase this again

I am Very Disappointed with Brita's Bottom Loading Water Cooler and had to Return it, The Cooler didn't work and it was Leaking oil, But my main concern was it wasn't filtering the water, I own a water tester and I tested the water coming out of the machine and it had the same level of contaminants as it had coming out of my Kitchen Water Tap, Plus the Picture Brita uses is misleading the 5 Gallon Jug shown in the picture does not come with the machine, You'll need to purchase a 3 or 5 Gallon Jug yourself.
