I like the  comforter   I would  have  given it  a 5 I I haven't had  to  contact the  seller  it should have  came  with  shams or pillowcases

It's not a fluffy as the picture appears it to be. It needs an extra blanket in cold weather and extra pillows that I had make it look nicer.

The purple color is pretty - unfortunately they vacuumed packaged - thus hopefully the fluff will return (right now it's flat) 
If shape returns -  it's def worth the price

It seems to be as advertised

I really liked this comforter! It's such a pretty green, it's fluffy, not a scratchy material, and the pillowcases are super cute and work perfectly! however on the first wash, it tore holes into the comforter, and pulled some of the stuffing out. there were loooong strands of stuffing coming out but i cut those off and they aren't pictured. it also came out of the wash with stains? i used fabric softener but did not pour directly on the comforter so I don't even know if those came with it originally or if my washer just messed it up. I'm bummed I have to return it and will try again once after this.

This comforter was very nice until I opened it up and it had a ton of white cotton like the inside filling of it all over it I tried brushing it off and it kept getting worse. It states that this is down alternative but I guess this means polyester filled bc it's all it is and it's every where it be all over my clothes and hair when I wake up I hate this comforter online it says goose down tag say something else

Definitely not what was advertised

I don't encourage buying it, the second time washing it well it fell a part.

Not worth the money.
