I was disappointed by the quality of this machine. I would not call it user friendly. We have not even had the machine for a full year and the heating mechanism just died. The design of the pot is super annoying. I am not satisfied to have spent $70 on this coffee pot.

I purchased  this stylish coffee maker as a backup while my Breville was being serviced.  The maker is very stylish and is a 14 cup which is very rare. Price point was great!
However its all plastic except for the carafe which is glass (not my favorite) . The maker was easy to fill with water and add ground coffee but i had a hard time with the programmer and  trying to brew a pot. The brew button flashes in/out when not in use which  I didnt like.
After brewing a pot the top rim of the brew basket left grounds behind and they are hard to clean up. 
I also didnt like how much condensation was left on under the top lid, so to air out I would leave the lid open to dry so not to harbor and unwated mold etc.
It works for me as a backup and holidays when I need more than 12 cups brewed.

I had been eyeing this line of small
Appliances for a while because of how pretty they were.  I saw the reviews of the coffee pot spilling every pour.  I thought they must have all been idiots to not be able to pour neatly.  Turns out I am the idiot who didn't listen to the 80 people before me who reported spilling.  Each and every time- there is a clean ip needed for rogue drips and spills.  Avoid the heartache and do not buy this coffee maker.

Spills Everywhere

I was hoping the Coffee Maker was better quality than the Drew Barrymore Beautiful Espresso machine and let me tell you, it is not. 

Makes good coffee but the machine will literally fall apart and they do NOT sell spare parts like other brands. My guess is this is a quick way for Drew to make a few extra bucks, without fear of further ruining her name.

Cheaply Made

This is cute and why I bought it. However, the carafe doesn't not pour the coffee out very well. It spills out and drips down the carafe. The display to brew coffee is not simple. It's actually a little complicated and I find that annoying. I brew Folgers coffee and it does taste good.

Cute BUT…not worth it.

When you pour your coffee out, it goes everywhere. Doesn't pour out of the coffee pot. Good at all and you can't see how much water you put in it from the outside. You just have to measure by putting it in the coffee pot and it takes up too much room too big in my opinion

Beautiful coffee pot but doesn't work for anything. Leaks, drips, grounds in coffee once brewed. I have the whole line and this product was just an absolute miss, super disappointed. Got up to make coffee today, it won't even brew. Just sits there. Over it. Purchased in March 2025. Didn't even last a year.

Worst coffee maker I've ever owned

if you like your coffee on the counter and not in your cup this is the coffeemaker for you. It is a flawed design in the pour it never makes it to the cup. Totally usless unfortunately

This came broken is 3 spots, the machine also never sat flat. It was nice looking and did make coffee but was cheap quality, for the same price I could get a decent coffee pot. Also is quite large compared to other pots. Sent back as it was broken, also disappointed it went on sale the day after I ordered but wouldn't reimburse any.

Broken cheap quality

This is the second one that we have purchased, thinking that the first purchase malfunctioning was just a fluke, but the last we are turning it again. The coffee is scalding hot, and the coffee pot leaks water from the rim.

Skip this one

At first it was a little confusing to use but once you get the hang of it you'll love it! It's looks SO nice on my counter and I love all the features. 

Also I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the pot leaks everywhere when you pour it and I haven't had the issue at all so maybe some were just defective or maybe they fixed the issue!

Love this and use it every day!
