I love the way it looks. Very modern and it's all digital. I've had it for 2 months and no issues at all.  I got the matching can opener and microwave. I'm loving this line so much!

I purchased this toaster Sept. 28th,  2024, it worked perfectly until March 20, 2025.  Something happened when I put the bread down.  the elements began to glow a bright orange, and then it popped loudly and turned off.  now it barely gets warm and only toasts with the outer elements, not the middle ones.

the toaster itself works great, however it makes an obnoxiously loud beep when turning the toaster on and off and when your toast is ready. I don't understand why there's not a shut off button for that. other than that, the toaster's great. but I wouldn't buy it again just because it's so dang loud and it's not necessary

It has a flashing light that is on unless the unit is unplugged from the wall. Too many touches to change the darkness level of toast. It seems slow compared to my cheap, old toaster. But, it works and is quiet. A simpler, cheaper toaster would probably be better.

Not a single review I saw mentioned how loud this thing is. The last thing I need in my house is more stuff that BEEPS every single time I press a button. The flashing power light drives me nuts, but I unplug my appliances anyway so I can live with that. The whole toaster flops when you press the lever and the entire kitchen smells horrid after the first use. Like chemicals. It lessened after a few uses though. If it weren't so pretty I'd toss it.

Pretty, but that's it

It's super pretty and I love my air fryer but the toaster doesn't actually toast/warm through the bagel. The outside is browned but the bread is still not warm in the middle.

Cute, but doesn't work

Purchased Oct 2024 as I fell for the look and brand name. Immediately disliked the loud, unnecessary beeping it makes when you plug it in or change the controls. It's very difficult to get the handle to lock into place when pushing it down. It takes holding the top while pushing the lever down to get it in place. If you want a second batch of toast you must wait for it to be cool enough to touch the top. Im only 52 and struggled every morning with it. I doubt an elderly person could operate this toaster. This morning the lever completely came off in my hand.  This toaster is definitely not worth the price.

I bought this February 15 2025 it's barley been used and each outer side doesn't toast any more. I will not be buying another.

Don't buy this

Does not toast evenly…has bagel, frozen and gluten free settings ….not one of these toasts evenly…one side close to burnt other side nothing…first one ordered online came used with crumbs inside…second one picked up in store… now I see why someone returned the first one. Definitely poor quality… I have the matching air fryer and it works  great.

At first we loved this toaster, both for looks and function. But it only lasted us 10 months of using it about twice a week for the heating elements to stop working. The digital options are still there functioning, but it will not toast anymore. I would not recommend this product because it won't last to be worth the money spent.
