This is my 6th coffee maker I've purchased in the past 4 yrs %26 it by far is the best. It's absolutely beautiful, easy to use touch screen %26 makes the best tasting cup of coffee. This was my first “Beautiful” kitchen appliance and I have since then purchased 4 more products. This entire line of products is top of the line.

Favorite coffee maker to date!

I was skeptical based on all the negative reviews but decided to try it anyway and I'm SO glad I did!! It seems like the primary issue everyone had with this coffee maker was a leaky handle (which has been fixed). We make a minimum of two pots of coffee a day so we put in a lot of wear on our coffee pot. We are a month in and absolutely love this coffee maker. It looks beautiful sitting on the counter and the white blends well with our cabinets and backsplash. The warming feature is amazing at keeping coffee warm and overall the coffee tastes great! Other negative reviews mention the dullness of the screen display, that hasn't been an issue for us. I love that it looks sleek and clean without all the buttons and I can clearly read the lights. The carafe pours water with ease into the tank with zero spilling and the handle on the carafe is nice and large with plenty of room away from the glass edge of the pot. Added bonus is not having to use coffee filters. Just buy it!!

Buy it!!

I had a bulky old style basic coffee maker. It was just taken space up on my counter. I was so happy to get this. I didn't realize that it was so slim fitting taking up less room on my counter, which was just an added bonus. Really I got it because of the looks, it is thinner  but taller than your typical coffee maker. I think it looks great. The only con or dislike I have about it is the handle on the coffee pot itself is huge.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen

The ONLY reason I am giving this product a 4 star review is because the rubber piece that keeps the spout and spring in place comes off extremely easily, no matter how careful I am anytime I take it out to wash it pops off, which ultimately led to me losing it (as it's small) and unfortunately it's a vital component of use of the coffee machine, so until I can find a replacement I can no longer use my coffee machine… :(

Amazing! But one minimal flaw…

This coffee maker is beautiful and has great features for the price point. However, there were a couple things worth mentioning that caused me to return. When washing all the pieces, as instructed before use, I noticed water gets trapped under the plastic rim of the carafe. So even after you have dried it, the trapped water continues to drip and run down the sides. Also, if you are purchasing this to go under upper cabinets, the height and design make it impossible to fill the water tank without pulling the entire coffee maker out for clearance to pour the water in.

Beautiful, but.......

Regardless of how “dry” it is as customer service has recommended to other purchasers - the handle leaks water all over the counter every single brew no matter what we do. There must be an open seam that the water enters so I'm assuming mold will be an issue at some point. The handle looks like junk. It's wild that an above average coffee maker's pot is so faulty.

Leaky handle mess every brew

I had been eyeing this line of small
Appliances for a while because of how pretty they were.  I saw the reviews of the coffee pot spilling every pour.  I thought they must have all been idiots to not be able to pour neatly.  Turns out I am the idiot who didn't listen to the 80 people before me who reported spilling.  Each and every time- there is a clean ip needed for rogue drips and spills.  Avoid the heartache and do not buy this coffee maker.

Spills Everywhere

The coffee maker is pretty, however I was disappointed that it leaks while pouring, and from the handle. Also, the digital programmer is a little challenging. I have programmed it to brew at a certain time but once it's brewed, the warmer does not automatically come on to keep the coffee hot. I have had to press the brew button again so it thinks it's brewing and then the warmer comes on.

Disappointed

Beautiful coffee pot but doesn't work for anything. Leaks, drips, grounds in coffee once brewed. I have the whole line and this product was just an absolute miss, super disappointed. Got up to make coffee today, it won't even brew. Just sits there. Over it. Purchased in March 2025. Didn't even last a year.

Worst coffee maker I've ever owned

When you pour your coffee out, it goes everywhere. Doesn't pour out of the coffee pot. Good at all and you can't see how much water you put in it from the outside. You just have to measure by putting it in the coffee pot and it takes up too much room too big in my opinion
