Honestly I haven't had a problem with it at all . I clean it every time like it says and keeps on running good I've had it about two months now , yes it's loud they actually all are my sister get a 3,000 dollar one an honestly hers is louder , but makes my coffee great an I enjoy it at such a good price cheaper an keeps working ;) . Only thing I wish different is I would have waited a week to get one so I could get the purple , but whites ok for same day delivery .

This Espresso maker is Slim and takes up minimal space. I adore the sleek and stylish appearance. It was very easy to learn to use. My daughter and I have created “Dupe” 7Brew right from our kitchen! I highly recommend!!

Slim Espresso Machine

This machine is WORTH it. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I purchased this! Not only does it match our kitchen and the style and design is beautiful…the quality is amazing! It is normal loudness for any espresso machine, and doesn't last long. Every bit of this machine I LOVE! From my cold coffee, to my espresso martinis, and then a warm cappuccino…you just have to have it!!

Love my new slim beautiful espresso machine home. I love that it's slim and doesn't take up a bunch of counter space. Espresso drips quickly and with nice crema. It's absolutely delicious. Milk steamer is also a plus, warms milk and froths milk very nicely and smooth. I'm very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. The only con I would say is that it is slightly loud and makes a loud knocking noise but to me it's no big deal.

Delicious perfect espresso

I've had this for a month now and I really do like it. It's a bit loud, but I use it nearly daily. I haven't had any issues so far I just wish the steam/water option knob was a bit easier to use (has a steam/water decal but rotates completely back in order to use the steam option. If the steam rod is in the milk, you cannot see if it's blowing out steam or water - just trust and watch for foam).  It is quite beautiful though and narrow for small counter spaces. Overall I would recommend.

Beautiful and functional

It really is beautiful. I put it on my coffee bar and it's the perfect size. I wish it could have come with accessories ( so many for espresso machines) but it came with the basics of what you need for machine . I loved the price.  I'm learning how to make espressos at home! Yayyyy

Wish I would've just got the beautiful coffee maker it has more features for the same price. Can't figure out how to change expresso amount. But it gets the job done. Expresso taste great

Taste amazing

Death of product 10/5/25. Bought 04/15/25.  Used maybe 3-4x per day. House hold use. Wasn't very hot. And in last month leading to death, product button would have to be used 5-7x on %231 AND %232 cup setting while only producing less than 30ml of cold espresso. Malfunctioning. Lasted about 5months.  Don't waste money.

Don't waste money

Terribly me product all the beauty products that I purchased have either stop working or don't work properly. The coffee specifically is bitter the milk froth or doesn't work properly and my machine almost exploded. Picture below is from the pressure it built from the frother when I removed the coffee handle.
