Great toaster. Easy to use and has just enough options. Looks great as well. I thought the gold accents might be overwhelming in my mostly stainless kitchen but they are very tastefully done.

Although this toaster gives a good result, it is often necessary to push twice on the handle to bring down the slices of bread. The construction is not solid because it is too light and moves easily on a surface when pushing the arm down.

A bit frail

It's super pretty and I love my air fryer but the toaster doesn't actually toast/warm through the bagel. The outside is browned but the bread is still not warm in the middle.

Cute, but doesn't work

Would not recommend for a couple reasons: 
1. The beep is VERY LOUD and you cannot turn it off. 
2. Very inconsistent in how it cooks
3. Ours quit working before even having it a year.  The mechanism to hold it when you push the lever down quit working  so it no longer will cook because it won't hold in place. 

This toaster is so pretty and I was so excited to get it after having our other one for 11 years.  But unfortunately it just isn't made well.

Stopped working after 11 months

It has a flashing light that is on unless the unit is unplugged from the wall. Too many touches to change the darkness level of toast. It seems slow compared to my cheap, old toaster. But, it works and is quiet. A simpler, cheaper toaster would probably be better.

Looks nice. Worked extremely well initially. Have had it for roughly a year, no more than 2 years   Always wiped it clean, kept the crumb tray emptied, unplugged when not in use. Until today. I went to toast some bread and nothing. There was power to the unit but there was no heat from the elements. I even tried a different outlet just to be certain. I do not see anything visibly broken with the unit  that would explain why it suddenly stopped working. I have never in my life had a 2yr old appliance just up and quit, let alone a toaster. But this one did. Thankfully I hung on to my 15 yr old Hamilton Beach toaster oven which I had replaced with the 2 slice toaster to save space . Very disappointed

Works well until it just doesn't.

Broken toaster

Toaster keeps popping up , and I've had this only weeks!  I've tried several plug outlets. The crumb tray is clean and there's nothing inside the toaster. It's til basically new! Horrible experience when you're trying to have toast for breakfast and can't!

Waste of money

I bought this February 15 2025 it's barley been used and each outer side doesn't toast any more. I will not be buying another.

Don't buy this

It broke after less than a month of use. The lever to start the toasting failed to keep the toast down.
