Bought this late beginning of February, took about two weeks to get here (Québec) as it was shipped from a Vancouver warehouse. 
The unit is very well wrapped, so even though the outer box was a little damaged there was no damage to the actual unit.  Took about 2 hrs to assemble by myself, but has to unassemble a section as i had notice a certain detail. 
End result looks great, is spacious and does the job, we wanted a unit to store alcohol and wine glasses.  Would recommend especially that in furniture stores I couldn’t get anything this nice for around the same price.

Relatively easy to assemble. However, the drawers do not line up and appear to be a bit crooked. Would like to know how to resolve this problem.

Perfect product

I hesitated on purchasing this cabinet because of the negative reviews about the assembly, but I am SO GLAD that I went ahead and bought it!  I'm not sure if something's changed with the manufacturing or what, but I had no issues putting this piece together.  Yes, there are lots of pieces and it takes a while, but I didn't have any of the issues with things not lining up.  Wait, let me clarify...every time that I thought a piece wasn't lining up correctly, I double checked the directions and realized that it was ME who was doing it wrong!!  There was more than one screw that I had to take back out because I had done something incorrectly.  However, if you double and triple check the directions, you shouldn't have any issues!  The pieces are very clearly labeled with letters and the hardware is labeled with numbers.  Pretty easy to fasten A to B using screw #1 (or whatever).  Way easier than an Ikea build, for sure.

The finished product looks SO GOOD in our home, I can't even tell you.  It's solid, sturdy, and holds a ton of stuff!!  The drawers slide smoothly and the doors stay closed with the help of magnets.  If I had seen this piece in some furniture showroom, I would never have guessed it was an inexpensive, build-it-yourself kind of deal.  This is a long term piece of furniture in our home and I'm so glad that we picked this one out of the many options.  Beautiful!!

As depicted, but assembly was long and tedious. I hired a local handyman to assemble it and it took him over 3.5 hours. The back did not fit correctly and one side had mismatched shelf holes. Very disappointing.

Well organized and parts labels helped with the several hours to assemble.  Finished product looks terrific.  Would recommend this well built, sturdy product.

Great Product

Not gray at all! It was purchased to match my gray table, it is way too brown! I am so disappointed.

Not gray!

Bought this last Sunday and it arrived Wednesday. Great fast delivery time! My husband opened it and put it together while I was at work.  You can imagine my surprise when I saw it as it looked nothing like the picture advertised.  Not sure what to do as now it’s all together.  I spoke to a woman on marketplace who happened to be selling one she recently bought.  She showed the picture advertised but had the same issue.  She was selling it because the ad did not match the product. It was the same dark color as mine.  As you can see the color is brown wood, with black knobs.  The distressed grey and picture in the adis light distressed grey with white knobs…..I love the piece itself, have no idea what I’m supposed to do from here.  They need to fix the ad to reflect the actual product or remark all the boxes incorrectly marked.   Someone please respond.  Please don’t get me wrong, I do love the product, it’s nicely made and hubby said it went together easily and nicely.  It’s just not the color I ordered

Even the color was darker than the one on the site. It looked gray but was a her-brown. Much darker that the advertisement!

Ashley Sideboard and Buffet

In an email exchange with the manufacturer, they confessed that they made a "slight design change" and it no longer matches the product photos. That's an understatement, the cabinet interior is no longer flat - it is recessed (like a door panel on it's side), see my attached picture. This means you cannot place ANYTHING on the bottom shelf because it will tip over. Even worse, the center of the sideways door panel is just weak hardboard that cannot support any weight.
