Love this fireplace! It warms up the room quickly and looks great! Several settings for the flame, heat and light to make it the perfect accent to any room!

RealFlame

So happy with this purchase. We have a small ground level “basement” room that never gets quite warm enough in the winter. This is a beautiful, practical solution! The flame looks realistic and we love all the options, especially the timer and thermostat. Delivery was quick, easy to assemble. Love it!

Great alternative to a traditional space heater

This is a well-made and sturdy piece of wood furniture. Forget the particle board offerings. They are half the price (at least) but cannot compare to this. Three of us put it together in less than an hour with clear instructions and numbered pieces. One caveat: we forgot to put in the dowels that anchor the divider piece in the long upper shelf and once assembled, it's a major undertaking to redo. We just said forget about it and it's now an undivided upper shelf! The flame and all its adjustments are really beautiful (surprise) and it puts out great heat. No clicking noise either that I have read in other reviews of electric fireplaces. I would have given it five stars except there were a few pieces that were damaged, all in places that don't show, except for one. Just curious that something this well made would have had a lapse in quality control during packaging. Bottom line, this is a beautiful piece of furniture, great "fireplace" and good heat source. We ordered grey and it's quite dark...charcoal really. Happy with our purchase.

We love the look of this fireplace but there is some weird crossover between the fire function and our Comcast remote, so we are worried it has become a hazard. When we turn our TV on or change the channel, it somehow turns on the fireplace and changes settings. Super weird!

Tricky if you have Comcast cable, but looks nice
