I have several Bella tees like this, in ladies, and the medium is a little loose on me. The one I received yesterday fits like a child medium. I couldn't even get my arms in, and it definitely would not fit over me chest.

The green is the one I received from Walmart.com
The blue is one that I wear all the time. 
They should have got the same. Look at the tags
