Slots and holes are precisely aligned for easy assembly.

I wonder if I have all the pieces to this desk. Two separate deliveries of flat 6 ft packages.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The desk was the perfect size and design for my small office. It was very easy to put together. The slots/holes for the fasteners were all perfectly aligned - clearly the company cares about quality. There were 2 screws missing from the package, but I contacted the company and they sent new ones within 3 days. The desk is very sturdy and I love the design - so much storage!

L-Shaped Desk

It was a pain to get the drawers right. Other than that the instructions are pretty straight forward. Give yourself plenty of time to put it together. It's strong, heavy duty. We are satisfied with the purchase.

Great for the price

We have two grey Bestar desks but they don't match each other. Product was delivered with slight damage.

Also bought Murthy bed and don't know if I want to keep it. Still haven't assembled it. I'm concerned about it being sturdy enough.

Doesn't seem very stable. Grey leg seems wobbly.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of this desk.  It is definitely not the sturdy piece of furniture I was hoping to get.  I was even more disappointed in the shipping of this product.  Several of the pieces arrived with chips and dings in them.  A couple of the shelves had damaged corners and one of the top desk pieces actually had a chunk missing out of the center.  Luckily, it was on the underneath side of the desk, but still disappointing considering the price of this desk.

Arrived with several damaged pieces

It's missing major pieces and cannot be assembled. The manufacturer is not open; their website says to schedule a time for them to call but the time slot portion of the request is not available for scheduling.  Huge inconvenience as I had to take down my previous desk in order to make room for this desk. I work from home so now I have to put the order desk back together until thus is resolved.

Missing pieces.

Bought this for my son a couple of days, took me 5 hrs to modify and assemble. Got 2 number 44 part had to modify. Drawers same issue, both sides same, had to modify. Had I not gone so far with assembly, this would've been back to Walmart in a jiffy.
