Good profuct but too heavy & assembly is complex

Never received my order that was supposed to show up June 2. First I was given the wrong tracking number and was told the package had been delivered two days before I even made the online purchase...then I was given a new tracking number and was told it would arrive June 5 ,but it's still mia. The UPS tracking still says UPS hasn't picked the package up when Walmart says UPS is in possession of it....I've been getting the run around from both Walmarts customer service and those at UPS....
