bestway Power steel swimming pool

pump is just ok. pool has been up for one year. Let's see how it holds up during the winter months.

We bought this last year and when it came time to close it for the wintwr, we discovered it did not come with the cover.  We used a normal blue tarp which was a poor idea. This year we would like to close it properly but can not find a cover for it they are either too small, too large or the wrong shape.  How can I get the cover that was supposed to be in the box?

I'm rating Bestway pool a 4, the set up was fairly easy however, it took two people, as the pool begins to fill someone should be inside the pool to straighten the vinyl from wrinkles while the other person is adjusting the poles, once the pool fills up you will not be able to take those wrinkles out! highly recommend reading the instructions thoroughly even though the set up was easy. There were no explanations how to use the black stoppers, whatever you do don't throw them away, you're going to need them when you clean the water pump filter which is recommended to clean once a week, my personal preference would be to get a bigger water pump for the size of this pool. Depending if your setting the pool on grass, or dirt, I highly recommend placing an insulator boards as your foundation, buy Patio block for the bars on all sides, the weight of the pool will sink the poles, grass gets wet and mushy, hope this helps! (Worth the buy!)

Bestway Above Ground Pool 20x12x48

Had the pool about 2 months now and it's exactly what we expected! It didn't come with a ground tarp and had to buy blocks for the legs to sit on for stability. Set up was complicated due to limited instructions but we were able to figure it out. Leveling the ground was the hardest part for us and even at best, it is still off about a half inch.
As it got time to clean the pool, similar to other review, the pump does not suction well. We will unfortunately be investing to a better pump to filter and clean out our pool!
Otherwise, very enjoyable! We've been able to fit 5 people in very comfortably with floats!

I just moved to Redding ca 
It's get over 100 degrees. So I decided to buy this pool for my grandson an me an my husband. I read the reviews. It took a few hours to put it together . You need at least two people. Just make sure  the ground is flat an leveled. Because we had to move it twice . I know it looked leveled it was my 1rst pool setup .it's well made. an we have had fun already in it . Always it comes with a cover at 1rst it hard to stretch it to fit . The pump is a little weak but works also I use super stock to keep it clean .

30 min setup claim is a joke. Instructions are terribly simple as well. But there are a lot of YouTube videos that make it really straightforward.  If you prep the space and set it up right, this is a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frame is poor quality that we bought new last march 2025 and put it up by August. The frame is bent already and the plastic that attached to the post to hold the pool caused a hole in the liner. We used the pool for only 3 times now is sitting there half empty because the water leaked, Message the Bestway for warranty but they denied, This is the second time I bought in Bestway. The first one after two years the frame is rusted already. I'm so dissapointed will not going to buy anymore to them.
