This is the coziest duvet cover I've ever owned. The material is beautiful. The color and texture is like being transported to a luxury spa resort. Until I then return back into my reality lol It's a really great purchase!

Do you like being comfy?

I bought this on sale for a fantastic price. I had looked for a linen duvet cover for a while and many were much much pricier and were not even a good percentage of linen in the blend. The duvet is soft but has a nice amount of linen making it thick and not see thru or looking like a cheap sheet. I happen to love just about every single item from the BHG brand at Walmart. I love their products and continue to purchase the brand due to its reasonable price and great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love linen bedding because it only gets softer with age. I like this set because it comes with 2 pillow shams and has a unique cream contrasting border. The front is 51% linen and 49% cotton and the backing is 100% cotton.

Ideal

I do like the duvet set; however, the color, in my opinion, is more of a blue-gray shade rather then a darker shade of gray. The white trim has to be ironed otherwise the whole set looks like it came out of a hamper and not the dryer. Also i believe that a 100% cotton would've been better than a linen/cotton blend.

I wanted to like it, but I sent it back. The description says there are ties. False. There is nothing to keep the insert secure, other than the button enclosure on the bottom. Although it does look very nice and on trend.

Disappointing

Y'all linen can look so rich and pretty but this duvet is so scratchy! I thought if I washed it good it would soften but it didn't. U like the look so I am going to use it as a topper but I bought a soft cheap white comforter set from Amazon to actually sleep w. I recommend getting a linen cotton blend to get linen look but cotton softness.

So scratchy!

I liked the linen material very much. I liked the color, in the pictures. But, after inserting a duvet, it lightened the fabric. You could not exactly see the white piece inside, but it made the dark grey appear as blue denim. And, not having any ties/buttons inside the duvet cover to attach the insert, caused it to slide around inside the cover. Therefore, it would not stay in place. When deciding I would return it, I took it off the bed %26 saw the off white fabric edge was “torn/ripped” along the seam. At first I thought the stitching didn't hold, but it appears as if the material itself tore. I did wash alone (in cold water w/Bounce Colorguard to prevent bleeding of colors) %26 dry it prior to use, according to instructions. I do not know if this is when it happened or if it was shipped torn. I did not dry it on heat. Air dry only. The instructions said low heat would be ok, but I did not risk it. So, I returned without a problem in store %26 was credited quickly.

Nice but no

It's super itchy on one side It doesn't have any sort of ties or anything to hook the duvet into it. So it's just a loose delay inside of a cover that's itchy

The duvet cover was not what I expected, was thin and the fabric feels like a cheap painting cloth tha you can get in a hardware store, really rough and cheaply made, the color was nice neutral beige but definitely not worth $54 something dollars. It arrived in a dirty plastic bag that was torn due to this the covers were smeared all over with what appears to be grease and dirt. Will be returning and look for something else. Don't recommend!

Don't buy, fabric feels like cheap painting cloth

Looks nice but very rough, scratchy texture -- more like a potato sack from linen and cotton than like bedding. I would have returned it, but it was opened and washed to see if that softened it up -- sadly, no.
