I use that Buttercream frosting  to my homemade holiday cookies.  It is so easy and convenient to divide in small portions and add food coloring to make decorating quick and easy.  If I don't use it all, it stores very well in a smaller container for a number of weeks.

These cans of whipped frosting have been my go-to for many, many years. With kids at home, I like baking easy things that don't take up a lot of time or create a lot of clean up. Cupcakes and cakes taste excellent with betty crocker whipped buttercream frosting on top. No messes to clean up,, I just put the lid back on the jar and close the cupboard. Sprinkles and decorations stick perfectly over top of this frosting.

Betty Crocker was the frosting my mom used when I was a child and this product let me remember some good memories. The texture and the taste are so good.

Quick buttercream for home cake

Wow! It tastes better than it even sounds. It had a light, fluffy texture and none of that sugary aftertaste. It made my cupcakes decadent and very visually appealing. I highly recommend it!

My new favourite frosting!

I loved this frosting. It was perfectly whipped and was a nice light and airy topping to my cupcakes. The flavour was perfect, not too overpowering. It was nice and smooth and easy to spread on my cupcakes.

Butterbean Frosting

As my title states, it's tasty but the consistency is soft therefore it doesn't work well for decorating and piping as it melts away after a few minutes.

Tasty but not great for decorating

Won't use it again ; At 65-68 degrees it melts and falls off cake ! Have used this product many times and in the last 2 years it's gotten worse ! Not happy at all !! Must keep refrigerated or it falls apart !!

I used to really like this frosting. I would frost my chocolate raspberry cake with it but the last few times that I have bought it, it is very thin and it basically slides down the sides of the cake. I make sure that the cake has been in the refrigerator for at least an hour and is cold to the touch. I'm afraid I will need to think of a different topping for my chocolate raspberry cake. It's a two-layer 9 in cake and it just doesn't cover well enough. I don't have an issue with other store-bought frostings and I always purchase Betty Crocker cake mix and frostings. In order to get this cake to look presentable, I would need two cans of the buttercream frosting instead of one and I'm just not prepared to do that.

When I think of Butter Cream frosting, I think of that rich and wonderful frosting that's popular on wedding cakes. This Betty Crocker frosting isn't anywhere near that. Sadyl, this frosting lacks everything you love about Butter Cream frosting. It's BLAND!!! I can't recommend this product, but I do recommend that Betty goes back to the test kitchen and starts over.
