I am compelled to write this review after a truly disheartening experience with my purchase of the Big Train 3.5 lb Caramel Chai Tea Latte Mix. As an avid fan of chai and always on the lookout for new flavors to try, I was thrilled to find this particular blend and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, my excitement quickly turned to dismay upon receiving the product.

Upon inspection, I was shocked to discover that the product I received was not just slightly past its expiration date, but a staggering 2 years expired! This oversight raises serious concerns about quality control and customer care. Consuming expired food products can pose health risks, and it is deeply troubling that such a product was sent out.

Not only does this reflect poorly on the brand's commitment to providing quality products, but it also highlights a significant lapse in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The trust I placed in this purchase has been completely undermined, and I am left questioning the integrity of their other products.

To add to the disappointment, the anticipation of enjoying a new chai flavor was replaced by the frustration of dealing with returns and seeking a resolution. This experience has been not just an inconvenience but a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance when purchasing food products online.

I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution and verify the expiration dates of any consumables purchased from this brand. As for the company, I hope this serves as a wake-up call to improve their quality control processes and ensure that no other customer has to experience this unacceptable oversight.
