I love these little pre-seasoned steaks. They make delicious steak bites in the airfyer. My only complaint is they are often out of stock.

Very lean and a nice slice for a steak sandwich. Fairly tender.

Angus steaks

I thought I purchased the Philly steaks, but tried to do the same thing with these.  They were okay, but I wouldn't buy them again.  We are very much used to the Black River steaks which are our favourite.

For something different

so so sandwich steak

Got these as a substitute for something I ordered with online grocery pick up. Super disappointing. They shrink when cooked & are incredibly tough.
