This is the first time to try this product. They cook up beautifully in the cast iron skillet or on the BBQ. Kids love them and ask for more. Wish there was a family sized box of these beef medallions as there are only 6 in the box. Obviously "Black River" is not feeding two hungry boys.

Great beef medallions! Never expected it! It took a little longer to cook because I didn't read the instructions properly and cooked them from frozen!

Well..i think it is beef wrapped in bacon,and it is edible, but i would not serve it to anyone else and claim it as something i cooked, priced nice for a try though

I didn't like this product - my family also didn't like it. Unfortunately, I had thought this was a good deal enough to try it, but it's not a good deal if no one wants to eat it. Cooked exactly as per instructions as I wanted the best possible result.
