I like to enjoy baked goods.... but I also like to eat healthy and not feel like crap after eating a whole batch of cookies! Lol. I mix this half and half with regular flour in many recipes and I highly recommend it. Its so good for you!

This is my almond flour of choice for baking macarons. It is already very fine so I can get away with not sifting it. Its flavor is also great, my macarons always turn out yummy and pretty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Almond Flour is the best by far. It is finely sifted and made with 100% California almonds. It is gluten free, vegan, paleo and keto friendly. Perfect for all your baking needs. It is a high protein flour that is low in carbohydrates. This is the only brand I will use.

Blue Diamond Almond Flour is my go-to almond flour product. The consistency is much finer than other brands. We work to keep our carb intake in check and Blue Diamond helps to replace wheat flour in our diet. It works wonderfully in our low carb peanut butter chocolate bars….these satisfy my sweet tooth!

Great low carb option

Great alternative for regular flour! As someone that now has a gluten free diet this is an excellent choice for baking and can be used for several recipes. The texture is very similar to flour so it's simple to use. I love the packaging as well because it's a re-sealable bag.

Great alternative for regular flour!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inised this flour to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookes. I've made this recipe one other time and the cookies came out a lot more dense and ball shaped after baking. Using this almond flour the batter was a little more wet after combining the ingredients. I used a 1:1 ratio of almond to all purpose flour as the recipe called for. Not being used tonusing almond flour I wanted to makenit as directed so I knew where to go from there next time. The wetness of the almond flour allowed the cookies to spread a little more, darken on the edges a little faster, and stay a lot more moist in the center after baking. (It does warn on the back the almond flour will brown faster.) The taste is the same though! I think this is a great substitute once you get the hang of baking with  it a little more. One thing I do think needs little work on is the zip closurenon the bag though. It's more of the velcro type resealable bag and the almond flour got inside of it and wouldn't let it reseal properly. The texture of the almond flour is a little more coarse then all purpose so it's not as easy to remove from that type of closure. I think a true ziplock would have been better, but overall I highly recommend!
