I've bought these BlueWater Tempura Haddock Fish Fillets a few times now, and they never disappoint. The tempura batter gets beautifully crispy right out of the oven, and the haddock inside is flaky and tastes fresh and not overly "fishy" like some other frozen options. A freezer stapler in my house!

Tasty and Convenient

I really like this option of a smaller package because the bigger packages are so expensive and I just buy it for myself. I have tried the battered fish fillets which are Pollock and I ended up throwing them out because they tasted awful. Haddock tastes so much better and this is a really reasonable price. Will buy again and I do recommend this.

This was really good.

Bluewater is my favorite brand for frozen fish and seafood.  They are easy and convenient to use for lunch and dinner.  I like the Tempura Battered Fish Fillets because there are no artificial colors or MSG, and I like to make fish burgers /sandwiches with the fillets for lunch; they just taste delicious.  They also let me prepare my dinner quickly when I want to have some fishes for the night and have no time to cook from scratch.  The fillets are crispy, tender, hold up well when cooked properly; they are not too salty with a good taste.  They also provide good amount of natural protein for my family. I would recommend this product!

Good fish fillets, taste good and convenient!

Some pieces tasted "fishy". Not in a good way. Texture was more breading than tempura battered.

There are better fish products available.

I never tried the fish. I never even opened the package!  I pulled the 2 packs of fish out of the grocery bag and a few crumbs of breading fell out of the box! The fish was in the box without protection! The fish were not contained in a bag before being put in the cardboard packaging! If crumbs can escape the box package, imagine what crawls into my food!! There is no protecion! I will never buy from this company again!, or any company that does not take safety precautions over profit!! How dare any company put my families safety at risk for money!
