A great gluten free flour.    Smooth and not gritty and finished baked dishes turn out great.    Only you know that your baked items contain gluten free flower.   Highly recommend.    I am not happy with the price however.

This version of Gluten Free Flour is the Ideal replacement for Wheat Flour.

Bob's Red Mill 1:1 leads to Fun!

This gluten-free flour works very well in standard recipes and gluten-free recipes. Its ingredients suit my digestive issues with IBS. Some other gluten-free flours have ingredients that do not agree with IBS intolerances.

Bobs Red Mill Flour

I really appreciate that you have this in your store and I was so happy I found this here as it is a very good brand but my reco is you have the larger size at a better price as it is expensive competitively to other stores.  Please continue to bring in these natural brands at a good cost.

I can't rate any of them. Never tried them. Developed an allergy to gluten-free ingredients, namely xanthan gum. Turns out I developed a sensitivity to potatoes and corn as well. Gave away all the gluten-free products in this order.

Gluten-free Mixes

The small loaf I made in a bread machine was so hard and solid that I couldn't even cut it. I tried a small yeast bread for pizza and the dough never rose. The recipe on the back of the packet made an inedible, dry cookie.  I know what I'm doing, making bread and cookies. But this gluten-free flour is a disaster waiting to happen.

"1 to 1" simply isn't true.
