You can't even tell your baking GF!! This is an amazing product. I've been attempting to bake gluten free for 12 years and this is the best product I've used. People we shocked it was a GF product. No "grainy" texture here!

A must for GF bakers

Excellent product. I'm not totally gluten free but I mix this with regular flour in most of my recipes and it makes everything a little fluffier and better tasting. I also love the bag closure. It's almost like a plastic hook and loop faster, which is much easier to use than a straight zipper slide.
