This is a beautiful looking counter height stool. The directions on putting it together are visual rather than written, so takes a bit of time to figure out. Place the locking washer onto the screw first followed by the flat washer prior to inserting into pre-drilled holes. This was the hardest part of the diagram to see. There were some plastic knobs on the bottom of the stool feet which I was afraid would dig into and scratch my floors. I pulled them off with some pliers and used felt pads. So far so good.

My only complaint is that I ordered two 24 inch stools and they sent me a 24 inch and a 29 inch stool. Glad I used the free shipping and had them sent to the store as I was able to return the 29" one. Kind of a hassle as I now have to reorder.

I love these stools! Comfortable, rich looking, and very easy to put together. One thing that helps when attaching the legs is to keep the screws a little loose it helps with lining up the holes. Tighten when you get them all in. We get lots of compliments.

Very comfy. Easy to put together. The hardest part was getting the box open 😄 but it is a long trip from Vietnam.

Comfortable and look nice

My grandkids would fight over the one swivel stool we had at the dinner table. I bought two of these to end that problem. They looked so good so I got two more!

Great Buy

Very nice for the price! I bought one just to see if it was worth it, And I think it is. It wasn't real easy to put together but wasn't the worst either. I would recommend.

Very nice and comfortable for the price

Perfectly happy with the manner the product was shipped to us in a prompt matter. There was small area of one leg in which the stain and the finishing coat was damaged (approximately the half the size of a dime) We will try to buy some stain to match and touch it up with a clear coat afterwards. The items were delivered to Wal Mart in Glen Falls, N.Y. We noticed the damage when the items were unpacked at home (Cornwall, On).

I bought a pair but the second one was defective. The holes are not aligned so the screws would not go in. I ordered another one and it was fine. The chair looks nice. I hope it will be durable.

I ordered two or these.  One had a misaligned screw for the seat attachment.  The other screws fit so I did not return it. The second stool the wooden seat bottom was cracked.  I called the number on the box and they sent via fedex a replacement part.  It was here in 3 days.  The bar stool is comfortable and a good value.

Looks fairly well made for the price. Easy to assemble. Some Boxes contained wrong size stool legs. Manufacture would not sent correct 24" legs. Had to take them apart and return.
