I draft all day long and this is by far the best chair I've used. Mainly because it is so simple and inexpensive. Other chairs are too soft and are not great for working in, but this chair is much firmer but allows you to sit in it for longer periods of time.

Easy build and great design

Good product for the money. Easy to put together.

Love it!

This unit was well packaged and very easy to assemble with only a phillips screwdriver. Took me longer to take out of the box than to assemble. Once assembled, is very comfortable to sit in with great back support. Only complaint is the included (photo) instructions do not show placement of footring.

Comfortable and easy to assemble

This is the perfect solution to what I needed.  The lowest seat is best but, I have the option of increasing the height as necessary!

Very nice chair

Its a good chair. Especially for the price. walmart.com was definitely the way to go. They had quick shipping to my local walmart. The chair is great, sturdy and comfortable. I would recommend it to others.

The directions that was sent did not explain how to put the metal middle peace on, so had to assemble the chair without. Top part on chair to hold your back wobbles. But chair is very comfortable

Chair is very comfortable

The back is not solid, which i need. but for those who like a springy back, this would be the chair.  Also,, i couldn't undo the parts back into the box for return. they were really stuck in place.

nice chair but the back is too flexible for me

Outside the box there was a "STOP" sign. This informed us that they substituted parts but it should all come together ok. Unfortunately not all the parts were in the box. When we called the phone number with the stop sign on it (NorstarOffice) they weren't familiar with the sign. When we called Jets they said it was not their sign. We have returned the chair since parts were missing & the chair could not be put together. We're waiting for our credit. This experience makes me very uncomfortable with any future ordering from Jets.
