Purchased this chair for the office for someone that was having trouble with their back in their current chair. It fit the need perfectly and for very little cost. Will definitely purchase this one again.

UN BELIEVABLE CHAIRS. COMFY AND UPRIGHT AND ALLOWS GOOD POSTURE AND SUPPORT AND WIDE ENOUGH SEAT.

GREAT CHAIR!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly nice chair for the price.  Came disassembled but well-packed and easy to put together with pictorial instructions.   You only need to have a screwdriver.  Fabric is beautiful, seat is comfortable for continuous, at least for the few hours at a time.   Raising/lowering mechanism feels solid and so far, there are no squeaks.   The casters are adequate though on my carpeted floor, take a little bit of effort to make them roll--shouldn't be an issue on a carpet mat or on hard surface flooring.

Too firm for bad backs! Too short a seat for a tall person. Am returning it!

Too firm!

I received this chair and everything was available for set up. However I could not insert the stem into the backrest bracket. The stem was too wide for the bracket. This seems to be a manufacturer's defect. I would think quality control would catch something like this. I certainly would not purchase any products made by this company or recommend them to any one. I was totally disappointed.

Could not Set Up

very cheaply made. It don't matter how tight you try to tighten the back of the chair, it still comes loose and sits crooked and the back wobbles around a lot.  I don't have the energy to sent it back.
