Nice watch

I bought this to replace my Galaxy Watch 2 which recently stopped working. Generally I am happy with it. There are a few upgraded features from the 2, which are nice. But I find the battery life is not as good. I have to recharge every night now instead of every 2 nights. Also when I was doing the initial setup, it asked me to choose my country and only gave me options from the Middle East. I just randomly picked one and it has worked fine so far. But it looks like this one was origonally destined for somewhere else but ended up in Canada.

Good watch

The watch display is lovely, connects easily to a Samsung phone. Love that you can receive emails, texts, calls, and control spotify music from the watch. However, it does not accurately and continuously measure steps and heart rate. The worst feature is the battery. It needs to be charged every night, does not last more than 12 hours.

Good product aside from battery life

It's a decent watch, for a good price. I've read it has about a 40 hours charge, but only lasts about 24-30 hours at most. Was hoping NOT to have to turn off 99% of all notifications to save on battery life, and NOT to have to charge it every day. Also, was not able to use a discount card to save some money because apparently it's 'not' actually sold by Walmart itself. Didn't know that when I purchased it. Oh well.

Good, could definitely have a better battery life.

I ordered a pink one and was told after I had paid and waited a week, that they were actually out of pink, leaving the only option to receive a black one.  I could have easily looked for a watch somewhere else but felt compelled to accept the different color because I had already paid. Not too happy about that.

Didn't get what I had ordered.

Shipping & logistics were a hassle. I had to contact Walmart customer service multiple times to inquire about my order as I received no updates leading up to and past the expected delivery date. The item was out of stock and no one reached out to me to communicate that the item will not arrive. I had to figure everything out on my own. Walmart employees a third party company to fulfil their orders. Even though it is purchased via Walmart.ca, they did not take responsibility to communicate the situation and left it up to me to deal with. Very frustrated and will not be purchasing electronics online again. Fix your system & train your staff!

Buyer Beware - Shipping Nightmare

Watch arrived non-functioning. Seller slow to respond to return requests. Ultimately had to escalate and return at local store.
Purchased another watch exactly the same model and it works great.

Great watch, not so great seller

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this watch, but I didn't think I needed to since I already own one myself. This was a gift for my daughter. As soon as we began setting the watch up, I noticed that "Canadian English" was not one of the first language choices which it normally is. I ended up finding it eventually, then moved on to set up the location. The options for this were limited to only Middle Eastern countries. Canada/US were not available choices. This is when I started googling and realized the watch was "region locked" and was basically not compatible with our location or phone. I luckily returned it hassle free to Walmart. Unless you're from the Middle East, don't waste your time or money on this watch.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING

Stay away from site bought this a couple days before  Black Friday, almost saw smoke behind my credit card they can process that real quick.than i watch my tracking...great it was on the way tracking even showed it almost close enough that i could go get it...than it went dark..package delayed message appeared...waited close to a week with no movement thanemailed a request..the what apears to be a 3rd party got back to me offering a broken English response basically what i ordered and paid for was not available all after showing processed .paid for and on lins showed even out for delivery in my town...seemed weird they offered a refund or simply wait attitude...i fugured i got scammed...i ended up accepting a replacement not the same color this one in black i figured after the strange happenings i better accept figuring if i didn't i was unlikely to see the money i paid...wont my wife be happy Christmas morning opening up her manly black watch instead of the pink one....cant recommend  this site save the hassel go old school and drive to the store

Stay away

I actually ordered pink gold and received black. I never confirmed this color when I received an email saying the color of my choice was not in stock. I did contact Walmart nearly four times, and they assured me that this was being taken care of by the seller, and he would ship the color I ordered.
 
This is really frustrating. I ordered this as a gift for my mom, and I am shortly leaving to go on vacation to visit my family. I ordered this on the Black Friday deal and chose Walmart over other vendors. If the watch was not in stock, you should have notified me right away, and I would have purchased it elsewhere. However, now the Black Friday deals are over, and I won't get any deals. I have been calling Walmart since November 27, 2023, and they did log a case, and this was all just a waste of time for me.
