Button Usability

Require continuous holding to activate rather than instant click functionality.

After reading many reviews from different brands, I decided to go with this one. I have used it several times all with successful results. The buttons are located in a good spot to depress with your fingers. They are a little stiffer (but not too bad) to depress which is good since you don't want to accidentally push one and turn the blade on when not ready. You do have to give it a little bit of force. The shape of the handle fits my hand comfortably. The unit itself is pretty powerful. I was mixing a breakfast milkshake and started out on low but tried "high" and it was too powerful that it literally was sucking the unit to the bottom of the container. The metal shaft does detach for easy cleaning. I did not experience any issues with it over heating or having any smell. This unit it great for making bread crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, milkshakes, whipped potatoes, soups, purees, etc. The color is very nice and the metal parts are a plus. I am very thrilled with this purchase!

Love this blender!

walmart.com

Purchased this for my wife she complained my other hand blender was to heavy for her. She is very delight with this unit it is extremely powerful and is much lighter than out other unit. She uses it daily to make her protein drinks and smoothies!

Great hand blender!!

This is the first time I've ever used one and I absolutely love it. It works very quick only took about a minute to mince up my apples for my apple butter

Absolutely love it

My item was delivered to the wrong address. Thank God I knew the neighbor and they brought it to me. I use the blender and it was pretty good. I did not realize it was as large as it was. Which was good for the price.

Delivered wrong address

It shipped with a dull blade. The motor smells hot much faster than I would like. Overall - it looks good and feels good in the hand, but the dull blade and weak motor makes this less than a satisfying purchase.

Not the best product

Works fine, but hard to put in grove once taken apart to wash. Motor gets hot in seconds. This will not last long. I had another make which was far superior.

It is not so good quality and after a few minutes of blending, some kind of weird smell starts. I use it for cold process soap making and just hope that it will last for a while.

Hand blender

Instantly smelled when I plugged it in. Got extremely hot after 2 minutes of using it, then stayed hot for over an hour after. The buttons are hard to use. Its not powerful at all. Don't buy it! Spend a little more on something better! Really need to return this!

Pay more for something better

jet.com

This is a terrible hand blender. I have large hands for a female and still consider this way to large to hold comfortably. It's top heavy so if you try to set it down it will fall over every time. It also overheats and shuts off after the first minute of use then every 20-30 seconds after it cools some. It quickly got so hot it was uncomfortable to hold. Not worth the money spent on it. I would rather pay to have a quality item then have a cheap item fail on me every time I use it.

There's not a good thing about it.

The power botton is super hard to push. I have tendinitis in both hands and I found this extremely hard and painful to use.

power button requires force. Very uncomfortable
