[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very early to say much about this product working but so far so good just installed it. It was easy to install and flush system to start using. I like the holes on the platform where cups or bottles sit so you know exactly where to put them for filling up. I like that the bottle which is heavy glass is in a cabinet and it has a night light so you can see what you are doing in the night. The cold water is cold! Exactly what I wanted. Great pic!

So far, we really like this cooler. I looked for awhile to find one to avoid usage of plastic bottles and to allow for ease of access to good water. We fill a lot of water bottles and use it in our coffee and espresso makers too. Water is cold, fresh and tastes better than tap. I like refilling from the tap though especially since research has shown that tap water has less micro plastics in it than bottled water. I did not want to be switching out 5 gallon plastic jugs every week. This Brio model has definitely improved the amount of water we drink as well as helping our family be healthier and feel better.

We love our Brio filtered water dispenser.  No longer do we need to purchase water in plastic bottles and continue to litter our planet.  We purchased the Brio water dispenser with automatic water filters and ionization cleaning system.  When we need to replenish the water, we simply fill the bottle (which comes with it) with tap water, place it back in the unit, plug it back in to the receptacle, and pour another glass of great tasting water.  Again, no more plastic bottles in our landfills.  It's the best planet friendly purchase that we've made in a long time.  We love it.  BTW, the first unit arrived dented, but Brio replaced it promptly.

My roommate was moving out and taking her cooler with her.  So, I started researching to find the best cooler for me because I didn't want to pay the rental fee each month.  I need a bottom loader and after research and reading many reviews of the different makes and models, I was lead to the Brio.  While on the Brio site, I noticed this model could purify tap water saving me from paying for water delivery every month. It arrived very quickly, easy to unpack and setup.  The hot is hot and the cold is cold.  Room Temp is colder than the cold water, but, I don't use it much.  Love the night light and the cooler is aesthetically pleasing.  I am very happy with my choice and you will be too!  :-)

I received my new Brio water cooler within one week after ordering. It was easy to set up and we were using it within an hour. We love our new Brio water cooler, the cold water is the perfect temperature and the hot water has been very useful and convenient for making top ramen soup as well as other instant meals that require hot water. We especially love that this cooler not only has three water temperatures but it also filters the water with an activated charcoal filter and a small particle filter for better tasting clean, clear, water. The bottle is hidden inside the bottom of the cooler making it much easier to refill the bottle and set it in place without risking back injury. The black stainless steel body looks awesome in our family room and our family is now drinking more fresh water than ever. I'm extremely satisfied with our Brio water cooler.

We love the unit. We've had it for about a month and a half and it is totally a part of our lives. Prior to this we had the 5 gallon jug on top of the ceramic crock. Back pains that are cropping up as we age led us to look for the bottom load. We also opted to not hard-pipe the unit to keep it portable. Refilling the jug is no burden, so no more trips to buy water, and no need for water delivery. The quality of the unit is great. The hot water is HOT! :)

Super happy

I did my extensive research and determined that this unit would be perfect for my family and set up. Currently live in an apartment with my wife and 2 dogs and boy do we drink a ton of water. The fact that i can 3 stage filter my own watwr is a blessing for convencene and an emergency. Super Cold and Super hot!!!

Hands Down Best Water Dispenser
