I use these for walking. A hip and knee replacement have put jogging/running on the back burner! The shoes are very comfortable, easy to put on, and well cushioned … brilliant for pounding the pavement! I have taken half a size up from my normal size and the shoes fit perfectly. All in all an excellent shoe.
