This machine is AWESOME!!! I got this for my daughter's Birthday. She LOVES IT!! She is literally using it right now!! She is finding creative ways to use it. She is turning an old shirt into something else! I can't wait to see how it turns out! This little machine is not super light, a little on the more heavy side, but feels sturdy. The design on the machine is cute. I'm really satisfied with this purchase!

This was the lowest priced sewing machine I could find with a full range of functions to adjust stitch length and width. Tension adjustment worked fine and machine sounds solid when sewing. Needle position selection is a bit different from what I am used to on Singer machines. Apparently you have to check to make sure needle does not hit the presser foot on some stitches and then make adjustments. Have only used it once to hem several sets of curtains. It worked fine. It needed a little help using the hand wheel on some of the thickest seams but that happens on almost every machine unless you are willing to spend much more money!

It works and price is reasonable.

This machine is just what I needed. I wanted just a simple machine, one without all the bells and whistles and this one has delivered, it is very easy to use!!!!

It's a lightweight and easy to use machine, not bad to deal with day to day needs in every home. it worth the money and so far we have no disappointment.

My old machine broke in the middle of a big church project.  This is light weight and similar to my previous brother machine.  Instruction manual could be easier to use.  Am still looking for repair person to fix my other machine.

I'm an experienced sower, but this is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a small unit that was lightweight and compact. I usually buy singer but reached out of my comfort zone to go with a brother and I am pleased that I did so.

My Mom lovingly showed me how to sew when I was a teenager, but haven't sewed with a machine since then.  33 years later, I needed to sew back in a zipper that our dog carefully removed.  I was able to quickly and easily start using this machine and got the zipper sewed back in better than it was before.

Good Small Sewing Machine

I just got it yesterday, it is beautiful all I could hope for in a sewing machine.  I have been studding the manual and will go online and find out more information.  I have sewing projects waiting. Repairing and fixing clothing and lots of fun ideas, on what to make. This was such a great deal, on a wonderful sale.  Thanks Walmart

A beautiful Brothers sewing machine , so excited

After checking you tube found the  skipped stitch was my not getting the bottom thread around the tension spring.  My bad due to the 1st time using a drop in bobbin.
I love the machine.  Even sewing over other seams it runs full tilt.  Everything about it is likable.   This is coming from an 86 year old  that hasn't sewn in a while.  I love the myriad  stretch  stitches.  The bobbins look small but hold a lot.

What's not to like about a great machine.

It was excellent delivery.  Everything in accessories were all there including a DVD  was very helpful.  Tried the different stitches on a scrap piece material  it gives me confident, this full size machine  that I can depend on its performance.  Very pleased for this purchased .

Great Purchase

I had to take it back because it wouldnt work.
