I would have bought more if I could (limit of 10 when ordering online). These sardines (technically juvenile herring according to Brunswick's company website) taste lovely. I prefer eating them with either rice or pasta, but they're also good on bread or even on their own. I cannot find data online w.r.t. mercury levels in juvenile herring, but I am able to determine that mercury levels are very low in sardines and low in adult herring (very good relative to other fish in general) so I feel quite comfortable consuming this product on a regular basis. This is good because the cost of everything is very high these days and it is nice to have a source of animal protein in one's diet.

Nicely spiced

I eat these once in a while when I want protein and I'm lazy to cook.  Great firm fish that's not to fishy and the sauce is great.  Gives it a good kick of heat. No bones I just eat it straight from the can.  Can't go wrong for the price.  These don't smell at all.

Great flavour and a good buy to add to lots of dish ideas.

I purchase these every single day (eating them as we speak). I eat roughly 5-8 tins daily! I might be over doing it but I cannot get enough of this delicious product, great protein content and other nutrients, has the perfect amount of kick with the hot sauce, not over fishy and best of all! BONELESS! I recommend all my friends to try this product, I just discovered fish 2 months ago and ever since then it's been my favorite.

I love sardines in olive oil. They are less fishy. This MUST be a different variety of sardines…they are larger…deboned…the hot sauce is so-so not so flavourful. This canned fish is very fishy. Very fishy tasting. I rinsed off the hot sauce and squeezed French's mustard on the fish to try and make it edible. 
Did I say it is very fishy? I eat sardines on my keto diet because they are so healthy…but these do not go down the hatch with ease! I will go back to sardines in olive oil! Not soya oil which is not healthy.
Olive oil…worth the extra money!
