[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the satin Lipstick in Sunset cruise and lily Lake. Firstly the new formula is super creamy and glides on my lip I basically have an extremely dry chapped lips so I want a lipstick that takes care of my lips and not emphasize my concerns. This satin lipstick has done a great job my lip feels smooth and conditioned plus the lipstick looks amazing the colors are wearable everyday once perfect for work.Easy to build up and reapply But definitely the formula is creamy which makes me feel happy when lipstick on as my lips look polished not flakey or creased. Absolutely love it. Definitely will purchase other shades so curious to try more spring shades

Creamy lipstick especially for my dry lips

I have both Blush Basin and Scarlet Soaked. The former is almost exactly the same color as my natural lip, while the latter is a very pretty and bold shade of red.
It goes on smooth, and definitely has been helping my chapped lips - my lips tend to dry out and chap if I go a day without lip balm, but this is a good substitute.
It lasts for a few hours, but I've noticed that the color fades a little after 15 minutes or so - it's not a 'long-lasting' color, but lasts long enough for most situations. It doesn't seem to get caught on my teeth like some lipsticks, which is a bonus. I haven't had any irritation from this product, but I don't usually get irritation from lipstick anyway.
I would combine this with a lip exfoliator for best results, because it does a good job to keep lips moist once you get the dead skin off, and perhaps some translucent powder if you prefer a matte finish, since it's quite creamy.

After trying some of B's Bs lip glosses I decided to try their lipstick. Wanting to get away from other toxic brands. I have already purchased this shade 2x because I love it so much! It is a must in my makeup collection. Perfect tone. Wonderful shade. Awesome fragrance & flavor. Applies easily & works great with their gloss too!

Best Purchase Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iced iris is a light suttle color. Easy to apply and goes on soft it nourishes lips as giving a bit of color.also easy wipe off.. Stays on for hours without having to reapply.. I absolutely love how smooth my lips felt after applying this Iced Iris burts bees lipstain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Burt's Bees satin lipstick for free to try and was very pleasantly surprised! The lipstick went on smooth and looked smooth for hours. This satin lipstick didn't dry up after it was put on and and didnt accumulate in the corners of my mouth. I did have to apply a few times throughout the day but overall loved the quality and colors I received.

Love love love these!

I was very excited to buy lipstic from burts bees as the lip crayons were very good and colors of the lipstics are to die for. It is very moisturizing, feels amazing on lips It has amazing shade range,its all natural. Staying power is not great. i wanted to buy more but sadly my tube became chunky. I have sunset cruise, a beautiful color, cant use it anymore. Might buy another one to try.

Little disappointed- Feels nice

I have purchased 4 of these lipsticks 3 of the 4 are gritty/bumpy looking  after the first few uses. I was not sure if this was the way they were supposed to be or not. If you could clarify I would appreciate it. I do love the colors. I have 2  of 523 Sunset Cruise, 1 522 Crimson Coast(not gritty yet)  and 1 512 Fuchsia Flood. Please let me know if this is normal or if I managed to purchase them past their due date. I could not find a number to check the age of these products but I purchased them in 3 different places hoping for a less gritty/bumpy/grainy one to no avail.

Love the colors but gritty

This is the second tube of this lipstick I have bought and am very dissatisfied. The first tube I bought after several uses became grainy and ruff feeling nasty on my lips. I tried wiping the tip off then I cut about half of the stick off hoping I could get rid of the grainy stuff. It didn't happen. I threw the tube away. I really liked the color, it stayed on and felt very good the first several times of use. I decided it must have been a bad tube so I bought a different color at a different store and now I have the same problem. I have never had this problem with lipstick before and I do like your lip balm just not the lipstick!

Nasty lipstick

I was obsessed with the color of this lipstick the second I saw it and I've used plenty of other Burt's Bees products so, naturally, I was excited to try out their satin lipsticks. From what I've read in other reviews, I experienced the same problem as many customers. Everything was great at the beginning but maybe two weeks in, this is what happened to the lipstick (reference pictures). The smooth lipstick turned into these hard grainy looking things that hurt your lips whenever you applied it because of how rough they are. I cut a decent sized piece off the top, hoping to solve the issue, but they didn't go away. It's like the grains are in the entire tube. I was so disappointed. I proudly tell all my friends about Burt's Bees because I love that their products are good for you and don't use harsh chemicals. But now I feel like I might keep quiet for a bit until I try another product that I fall in love with haha.

SO disapointed

I purchased the Suede Splash. I love the color and the moisturizing of the lipstick. After about 10 or so applications, there appears to be graininess in my lipstick. It's very rough, almost like sand in it. I read another review of this color doing the same thing. Is sand used in this shade of lipstick and it didn't mix well? What gives Burt's?
