These bookcases are exactly like they are displayed with an adjustable middle shelf. The assembly instructions are pictures and not words so it takes a minute to make sure which piece is which. After that, they were very easy to put together.

Came in good shape, very sturdy, thick shelves that I needed for some heavy items Only problem was not receiving a confirmation email, had to call to get it

Excellent packaging, easy to follow instructions and a classic look.

Nice Addition

I bought 4 of these bookcases hoping to create a built in look on either side of my fire place. They are sturdy but the pre drilled holes don't line up quite right so not all of the corners are flush or there are gaps.  On side of the top shelf is flush with the side board and the other side is about an 1/8 of an inch lower.  If everything had lined up correctly, I would have been very satisfied.  I haven't even opened the other 3 boxes as I am returning all of them.
