It's very easy to assemble, of good quality and very wide and comfortable to sit on. I really like this chair. When I'm tired at work, I can lie down on it for a while to rest.

I like that this chair is sturdier than I expected and the wide seat allows me to sit comfortably in the chair without the arms hugging my bottom since I am a large person.
  I don't necessarily like that I can feel the foot rest when it isn't in use maybe more cushion in that area,  but other than that, it is great to have a chair that is high enough for my legs to not be cramped in a chair that is too low.

I really am enjoying the chair.

This is a well built, well designed chair that lives up to its claims of being sturdy enough for heavier people. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. All the fasteners were sorted and a t-handle wrench was included. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, easy to operate, and the footrest doesn't get in the way when not in use. I have already started recommending it to family members and friends. Worth the money and then some!

Worth every penny and then some!

This chair exceeded my expectations. I sit for long hours every day, and the lumbar support really helps reduce lower back strain. The footrest is a great bonus for relaxing during breaks, and the leather feels soft yet durable. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair looks clean and modern in white. Excellent value for the price.

Reduce pain

It’s comfortable and i love it. Only thing is it does start hurting my butt when only been sitting for 2-4 hrs. It says 500 pounds but i don’t think that’s accurate. I’ll say 400 or less because my thighs are touching the arm rest and I’m less than 400 pounds

I love it

I bought this chair for my bf,  it was pretty great for him at first and incredibly comfy but after about 3 months of him using it the metal bar in the bottom seems to be pushing thru the cushion which is incredibly uncomfortable for him

Dont buy, uncomfortable at 3 months

not very comfortable but my husband who can sleep on a rock is able to still fall asleep in it. me on the other hand just sitting in this chair hurt granted I have back problems but it's supposed to be for a 500 lb person I'm only 260 while it does feel sturdy enough to hold my weight it just feels very uncomfortable. I do love the pillow that comes with it though I even used that pillow on other chairs to help with my mid back issues. I wouldn't buy this again though I would love to know where to buy another one of these pillows though.

Well, it was easy to assemble and it looks great. The telescoping footrest is a bit more difficult to use than it should be. However, the biggest reason I give this chair a 2 out of 5 stars is that it is VERY hard on one's rear, and gets that way very, VERY quickly. Even with an extra seat cushion, your time sitting on his seat will still be no more than about 15 - 30 minutes before you start feeling it. A sensation that could only be described as having a fire get lit under both cheeks, and someone kicking you in the behind with steel toed boots. It honestly goes from uncomfortable to outright painful rather quickly.

A vengeful murderer of behinds

This chair is terrible. It is not comfortable at all and I will be returning it. If you are a legit big and tall person DO NOT BUY this chair.  The people saying how great this chair is must be average sized because its not comfortable for me at all. I am quite tall and pregnant and the chair hurts my back, hurts my butt,  just hurts everything when I sit in it. I find myself standing instead of sitting down or bouncing on my birth ball. 

I have sat in chairs purchased from Amazon for $100 that are more comfortable than this chair. Very disappointed.

Not for big and tall people

I love the color and the style. Unfortunately I hate it.  Like some of the others reviews, my chair is lower in the front and I feel like I am falling out of it. I even tried propping my feet up. It's still horribly uncomfortable.  I weight 260lbs. So for a large woman the seat is wide enough.  just doesn't tilt back enough to keep me from feeling uncomfortable.  I don't use the included pillow, not sure why it's there, unless it's for little people to use the chair.
