Unboxed this executive chair from Walmart today and I'm already impressed. Assembly was straightforward—took me about 25 minutes on my own, no headaches. The faux leather feels soft and high-quality, not cheap at all. The high back and lumbar pillow cradle my back perfectly, and the extendable footrest is such a nice bonus for when I want to kick back. It rolls smoothly on my carpet, looks sleek, and feels way sturdier than my old chair. For the price, this is a total win. So happy with my purchase!

Worth and comfortable

I've been using this chair for a while now, and it's honestly the comfiest one I've ever owned. The cushioning is great — my back doesn't hurt anymore, and even after sitting all day, my butt doesn't get sore.

One of my favorite features is how far it can lean back. Whenever I need a break, I can recline a lot, and with the footrest, it almost feels like lying down. I actually fell asleep in it once because it was that comfortable!

If you spend long hours sitting, this chair is a total lifesaver. I sit all day with no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Comfortable

I don't think this chair fully has the capability of handling a plus size individual. I've only been using this chair for bout two weeks and the seat part is leaning forward, the backrest leans slightly to the right and it squeaks when I try to roll around. The leg rest is difficult to pull out, I have to basically yank it out.

Not plus size friendly.

Despite the fact the chair did not come with steel armrests , but with plastic armrests that jiggle, everything else about the chair is the same. It's not the most comfortable chair, but it'll do in a pinch.

Not as advertised, but still works

In my opinion, this chair is quite uncomfortable to sit. I feel like when I am sitting down, the pad is hard and not firm. There is something in the middle of the pad which somewhat hurting my butt. The color is nice and design is fine, but I do not think I can sit on it for more than 15 min. Not recommended.

Very uncomfortable chair

Seat is too narrow and uncomfortable and doesn't tilt upward when back reclines. No neck support. Leg rest is useless and uncomfortable. Up and down lever is positioned too far back to work properly. I feel like I'm sliding downward when it's reclined and makes my buttocks fall asleep. Good lumbar support, though.

I literally have this chair for 3 days and the seat is so hard! I weigh 189 lbs and the cushion on the seat is killing me! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

As a big guy i struggle finding good chairs that are comfy and and handle the weight. Came across this chair on a sale and sale it was rated up to 500lbs which is great as a man who comes in at just under 400 chairs are not built for us. So i gave it a go for the price. I have had this chair now for less than 6 months and the arm has already snapped off, the seat is the most uncomfortable cushion material and the chair has no rocking function so you are either sitting at a 90 degree angle with the back locked or you can lean the back of the chair back but you cant just rock back and forth. Overall not a good chair for big men. If you are tiny and weight less sure its prob fine for you but for bigger people no. Go to staples and test drive the chair before you buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair was easy to assemble, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of comfort. After just an hour of sitting, my lower body felt numb, which was disappointing. While the backrest provided decent support, the leg rest was extremely uncomfortable—particularly for taller individuals, as it doesn't extend far enough to be functional. If you prefer sitting cross-legged, this chair is not a good choice due to its design. While the concept is promising, the execution leaves much to be desired.
