Ok. Got for $1. :) definitely worth. Sadly I'm paler than color but I can still use to try to cover dark circles. Nice application. Turn bottom and comes up through soft round applicator.

This product doesn't do what it's supposed to do.  The product, when it comes out, is in clumps and globs.

I have ordered this twice and both times the dispenser does not work. I would not waste my time or  money .

Not worthy

I was looking forward to receiving this product.  Arrived later than originally expected, packing was sloppy, inside box was flattened, and seemed like the product had be opened before.

I had to come to this website to try to figure out how to operate this product, there are no instructions on either the box or the tube. And really nothing on the website either except in the review comments. A big fail if you can't figure out how to apply the product

No Directions

Could not get it to dispense. It seems obvious it should twist from the bottom - although there are no arrows or instructions on either the box or tube to give a hint of this. The bottom section turns and clicks, but nothing comes out of the sponge tip. Finally I was able to pull the top off and see nothing was clogged (which made a big mess!). I cleaned up makeup, put top with sponge back in place expecting it to work after that, but still nothing is coming through the tube into the wand. Taking it back to Walgreen's for my money back.

Is it supposed to dispense by twisting?
