This applicator has been a pain to use ! The product is great. I have no time in the morning for ceramic wellness. I have to use a different applicator to get the product out.

I have used cover girl's invisible concealer for years. So, when I ran out, I went to the store and bought this product assuming it would be the same. While the liquid may be similar, the new applicator wand is horrific. I will never buy this product again because the application is time consuming and uneven. I don't care for a “cooling wand.” I care more for even application of the product I need and want. Sorry, Covergirl. You really missed the mark on this product.

I recently purchased this since they completely changed the shade range of the concealer I've been using for forever and no longer carry my shade. What is with the applicator? I can't get any product out of the tube with it. Please change to a sponge applicator or please bring back the light shade in the Professional concealer.

Don't like the applicator

This new applicator sucks!!! The applicator itself would be okay if you could actually get any concealer to stay on the top of the applicator. It often comes out clean. So annoying. I've been using Covergirl concealer for years but am going to have to try something else now. So disappointing.

New applicator is horrible!

I have used cover girl's invisible concealer for years, as in 30 plus years. I went to the store the other day to replace my current concealer and bought the Simply Ageless Triple Action Concealer believing it would be the same, or similar. While the liquid may be similar, the new applicator wand is useless. The wand comes out with no product attached to it. I thought there was plastic wrapped around the applicator wand and was attempting to remove it, only to realize what you see is what you get. Terrible... useless... I will never buy this product again. A “cooling wand.” ? Seriously? How exactly does this product remain or become cool? The previous foam applicator worked just fine. What were your product developers thinking? Covergirl, you really missed the mark on this product. So disappointed, and the Simple Ageless Triple Action Concealer is of no use.

Applicator Wand is Horrific

Awful. I've been using cover girl concealer for years and this new application wand is terrible. It's hard to get any product to stick to the wand and almost impossible to use it to smooth on the concealer. Would never buy again. zero out of zero stars.

Worst applicator ever!!! Hate it. It does not get enough product on it at all so I have to dip into the product over and over to get the amount needed. Throwing this junk in the trash!! Terrible idea.

Very disappointed with the new applicator.  Luckily I swapped out an old one in it's place otherwise I would have thrown it out as it doesn't hold product and was a waste of time.

The cooling ceramic wand is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, while the idea sounds good no one is sitting around with the wand stuck under their eye for any benefit. Second, very little product comes out on the wand, third you can barely get any product onto your face from this ridiculous hard tipped wand. Like others, when I initially opened the package I struggled with it for a little bit trying to get the tip off of the wand thinking it was somehow a mistake. Then I realized it was supposed to be like this… Whoever designed this either doesn't use majeup or didn't test it
