Not quite what I was looking for. Appears to be PU leather and the hard wear looks thinner than I was expecting.

THE BACK STRAP IS ELASTIC, AND YOU HAVE TO GRAB IT WHILE IT IS WAY UP YOUR BACK, WAY ABOVE PANTS; I COULD NOT REACH IT.
