I got this with my desk. The filing cabinet is great. I like the ease of opening & closing the drawers.

My only complaint is that 2 of the plastic file dividers that are needed to separate & hold the file hangers in place were broken. I simply called the number on the manuel & they were very nice & shipped them quickly (4 days).

I'm happy with my purchase although the price of the filing cabinet was more than the desk.... a little upsetting to me but a nice combo set.

Great filing cabinet

I love the look of the wood finish. It goes perfectly with the wood cubicles I have had for twenty years (also from Bush). They really enhance the décor of my daycare office. They are very nicely made. A lot of parts to assemble, but the drawers roll smoothly when it is put together.

Very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally the box did not contain all of the correct pieces. Called the number listed, no hold time and they were able to ship the additional pieces right away. Great customer service and nice product.

I like the cabinet, functions smoothly, looks nice and provides all the space I wanted in an attractive cabinet. I'm unhappy that it claims that it is already assembled. It is NOT. It took me an hour and a half to assemble alone. It was not difficult, I've put together a number of items, just time consuming. Looks good assembled and drawers work smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Great cabinet, NOT assembled, beware!!

This product, once put together, is very nice. It took about an hour to complete. The coloring is really nice and the mechanisms work smoothly. Overall it is a good product for the money.

Lateral File cabinet

When the package was opened we found two plastic parts for the cabinets that were broken.
I called the manufacturer Bush in Jamestown and they promissed to ship me the new parts.
To this date 5-days later I never received them!!!

Broken Parts

I bought this because it matched a desk I had gotten years ago. This file cabinet has not held up well in the 8ish months I've had it. It looks nice, but it can't hold much of anything before the drawers just start to collapse or slowly open on their own. And I have checked the weight; I'm not putting too much in (and on the off chance that I am, then it's crazy how little they can hold because I have each drawer less than half full). I've tightened everything possible and it just doesn't seem to matter; the drawers don't want to work properly! I will say the top surface adds a lot of great extra space that my office needed so it does have that going for it!

Looks nice, drawers are less than ideal

I ordered it online, when I got it and tried to install I saw that it was used and broken. The previous buyer installed it and the holes were to loose for the screws. I am very dissapointed that Walmart would sell used and broken items.

Upon receiving both bush filing cabinets, the boxes were damaged and the outer coating was scratched beyond repair. The drawer bottoms and the hinges for the cabinet were missing (had to use both boxes to have enough hardware for one). DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
