I love really good (and very strong) coffee..and I'm also a connoisseur of instant for quick afternoon coffee. Cafe Bustelo ranks among my favorites - even at double strength, this stuff just has a wonderful warm bitter bite and smooth after taste. I'm going to order a lot more!

I love finding a new go-to instant coffee!

First, I have to applaud your company for once again stocking Bustelo coffee at a fair price.  I grew up on Bustelo coffee and have fond memories of my mother in the kitchen brewing Bustelo coffee.  This top quality coffee has an outstanding dark roast flavor that is smooth and aromatic.  Once you try it you'll be hooked for life.  Being an instant coffee makes it convenient and easy to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee any time of the day!  Bustelo is my go to coffee and has been for many years.

BUSTELO INSTANT COFFEE

I've been buying this coffee for several years now, since being introduced to it by another, and it is consistently good, and super convenient. The instant nature is great and lets me have a cup of coffee without brewing and wasting a whole pot, whenever I want just by heating up some water. The size of the jar lasts me about a month.

The best taste for an instant coffee. I used to buy it all them time before we had moved. No store in our area carries instant Bustelo.  We had been using a different brand and didn't even think of trying to order it directly. Thank you so much for having this option.

I find it doesn't have the coffee expresso flavor I experienced while I was in Europe.    I will keep searching a US sold brand until I find one that has the flavor I'm craving.

They changed it!  Not only is the taste not what it used to be, now it does something strange to the back of my throat making it feel scratchy whenever I swallow the coffee.  My throat was 100% fine, then I took a sip from a batch with the expiration "JAN 05 2028."  Each swallow made the back of my throat feel as if I were swallowing some kind of liquid microscopic nano sand paper.  Now, I know I'm super sensitive than most, so this might slip under the radar to the masses who still drink this coffee and can't tell the flavor and feel changes that I can.   I am so disgusted that I have to find a new coffee after drinking Bustello Instant for sooo long.  This was the only coffee I drank.  And now I have to find another.  I'll probably switch to an organic coffee so I don't run into this freakish problem with another brand.  I am more sad than I am mad, though.  I know companies sometimes feel they have to make changes they don't necessarily want to make in order to keep their prices to the customers low, and I guess I can appreciate that, as times are tough on us all. Too good to last...

I drank this product for about a year now. It was excellent; I couldn't believe an instant coffee was so good. 

The latest jar, however, is nothing short of disgusting. It has a petroleum taste to it. Its use-by date is 28 Sep 2027. Its batch info is 5272 680 10:04 #L-1 . The jar has a foil seal rather than the paper one the jars have had before.

I give this data because I have already given it to the company, but they have not e-mailed me back. Perhaps they have failed to because I refused to give them my phone number or street address, perhaps because the change is intentional. In either case, I think the customers ought to know. 

And now I am back on the trail of a decent, easy-to-prepare, inexpensive coffee. It's very sad to have lost this one. Not only have I enjoyed it, but I've been boosting it to others. Please, please, please return it to what it was!

It's been ruined! It's undrinkable now!
