This pack is comfortable holds lots of water and stuff and is very adjustable small and large directions. I love that it holds 3L since I used to have to carry additional hydration pack on long rides. Also has lots of pockets other packs may not have, seems like all the best features of the hip pack and back pack combined into one.

Love the slightly larger volume (25oz) vs standard 21oz. A few extra sips on a hot day cycling are priceless. :) Insulation works reasonably well; certainly better than non-insulated bottles, but don't expect ice cold on hot days. Added plus, is the insulation works to slow down freezing during winter activities when it's below freezing.
Cap seals exceptionally well, without requiring excessive effort to shut or open cap. Mouthpiece also seals well and opens easily with a light-medium squeeze of the bottle.
Additional plus is it fits well in all vehicle cup holders and even tighter door trim panel bottle holders.
Only complaint, slight as it is and depending on the activity (dusty or muddy mountiain bike trails), is the mouthpiece can get dirty since it's not capped/covered. The mouthpiece does require occasional cleaning of the mouthpiece requiring disassembly from the main cap housing. Loved it enough that I'm buying some for my wife.

Can never go wrong with Camelbak brand. Continue to improve their packs. Thirty year fan and continue to love the brand.
This one sits where I want it to with lots of great space for stuff. Love love the bladder with the huge opening and nice handle.

Can't beat it

Perfect size for my sons backpack. Cleaning is easy. Fast water flow. I like that the twist opening is far away from the spout which keeps fingers from having to touch the spout (unlike other brand designs). My sons Only wish is that camelback would come up with more modern, updated, eye-catching, and bright graphic designs. Too easy for my son to lose it and get it mixed up with other kids water bottles at practice. If this aspect of it changes, you've got the perfect school/sports water bottle and we'd buy so many more!

I have had back problems in the past. I find that no pack I carry is very comfortable. This one seems (after my first weekend of long rides wearing it) to be super comfy. It carries everything I need with me and has plenty of water capacity. Definitely am stoked on this.

Finally a pack I like to wear!

If you are already a member of the Camelbak family, this pack will be a welcome addition to your collection with the all-important shift of the center of gravity to the lower back especially for those in the mountain bike community. If you're also considering comparable packs from Osprey, you may have tough decision to make.

I bought this mainly for the insulation, color, and size. The color and size are great (it matches my matte bike better than any other bottle in my opinion and fits in the bottle cage with adequate clearance).

The insulation is good, but not great. It doesn't keep my beverage cold for very long when I'm out on a 25+ mile bike ride in moderate weather. However, it is comparable to other insulated bottles. I feel that all insulated bottles are lacking in this area. At least I haven't found one that meets my expectations.

I have a love/hate relationship with the lid. I love that it seals well (I haven't had it leak), but I wish it were easier to use (especially with one hand) like some other lids.

Good

This is very well made and a good bottle to keep cold liquids in. The side twist arrangement to open it for drinking is excellent. This is far better than the usual pull up system that most bottles have. The only thing I would like would be having sides that were ridged or otherwise rough. We saw that on a similar but slightly smaller bottle sold in a bike store and which was under the Camelbak logo. That would make holding it while biking somewhat easier. It would also reduce the chances of dropping it when pulling it out or replacing it. Other than that we like this one a lot.

The color is off. These are no where near as dark as the pictures show. They are opaquely clear bottles with a gray liner inside. The outside of the bottle drowns out the color quite heavily. The bottle itself though is nice. I do like the top. Easy to open/close the nozzle and squeezes easliy.f

you have changed the design. They are too small to fit in my cages on my bike. One bump or railroad track and they will be gone! Like the old style much better. Hard to squeeze and drink out of them too. Very disappointed. Want to send 2 i did not use back. Don't like them at all.
