I received this mattress topper and can say I am very impressed with how comfortable a sleep I am getting. Out the packaging it feels like great quality, well made and stays cool during these summer nights while subtly adjusting for body temperature. It is for these reasons and more that I am also now looking for more reasons to jump back in bed, but only for a few minutes :D

I just purchased this super mattress pad to cover our firmish foam mattress.    What a TREAT!!!  Love it.  It so comfortable to sleep on.  It is not hot and seems to distribute the heat that I felt with the foam mattress.  The cover stays put with the elastic corners and when on they stretch out the pad to cover perfectly our queen mattress.  Would highly recommend this product.  A perfect compliment to the pure down pillows that I purchases earlier this year.  Good products from this company.

GEL MICROFIBER DOWN ALTERNATIVE POLY BED

After using this lovely mattress topper for just two weeks I am very happy so far with this product.  It just lays on the top of your mattress and kept in place by good size bands on each corner.
I do agree with another reviewer it would make it easier if this company sold a cover for the topper as advised you should have  when you receive it.  Other than that it was a quick delivery and good service from the company.and would use again for my bedding products. Thank you,

Luxurious Gel Microfibre Polybed and Great Service

Our son's mattress is quite firm. We wanted to make it a bit more comfy and an "edredon" as we call it in French was the obvious solution. Whatever the firmness of a mattress, an edredon is such a luxurious layer of pure comfort to add to a bed. We loved the quality of this one. We love its price too.

Just received my poly bed 2 days ago and boy oh boy, do I love it!  Like sleeping on a cloud.  I already have a latex foam mattress, but for some reason lately I just needed some added comfort, to feel like sinking into bed for a luxurious rest.  This poly bed has exceeded my expectations! Oh and by the way, thank you so much for the adult colouring book and coloured pencils!

Absolutely feels like a new bed.  Love this mattress topper.  It has the right amount of density without it being too dense.  My current mattress is 15 years old and I have always used a mattress cover on it since day one so it looks brand new however, over the years, it has lost a little bit of volume.  The mattress is medium firm and I felt that I could do well with some added plush softness.  Well, this mattress topper I purchased did the trick.  I feel like I am in a comfy plush hotel bed now.  My linen bedding is high end as well and I purchased the Hutterite Goose Down Duvet 700+ to go with this and the matching down pillows.  I have a belief that if you are going to spend money anywhere, it really needs to be on excellent quality bedding.  I feel like I am floating on a cloud and have less aches and pains now with this gel topper.  My mattress cover fits over it perfectly so I can keep it protected. 
Excellent customer support as well.

Gel Microfibre Mattress Topper

After owning a down filled featherbed for 12 years, it was time for a replacement. I was under the impression that goose down filled was the softest way to go, but after reaching out to customer support I was informed that the gel microfiber was the softest. We've had this gel microfiber topper on our mattress for a few months now and can say that it's absolutely wonderful! We have a firm mattress, so the comfort we get from adding this topper is a perfect combination! We also bought a topper for our 12 yo who had a featherbed overtop his foam bunk mattress. which he STILL didn't find comfortable.....until we put a gel microfiber on his mattress. Now he's very happy with his bed and the complaining has halted! He loves it (and is fussy, so that means a lot!)
Customer service is very important to me and I would say that this company goes above and beyond. I also love love love that this is a Canadian company with Canadian products! The one thing I would say is that I wish that I could purchase a protective cover along with my order to make it super convenient. Perhaps that is something the company will eventually offer? 
If you're hesitant to order, I say go for it. They offer a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied.... But I doubt you'll go that route!

Excellent service. Excellent products.

I have purchased several of these mattress toppers (at least 4) but could not remember which one!! I went ahead and purchased the gel/fiber.  We do rotate it weekly as deep impressions with a hump inbetween us forms. We give it a really good shake weekly too.  Last night we had to remove it from our bed, we have come to the conclusion that the gel absorbs our body heat and we are both overwhelmed by the warmth!! I don't want to give up on my topper and wondering if I should have
gone with the other microfiber topper?

Saddens me!!

I purchased my first Gel Microfiber Down Alternative Poly Bed 6 years ago. It was just soft heaven for about 5 years.  It started clumping in spots after that and I finally decided to order a new one this April/24.  Comfort was wonderful and lofty, but after only 2 months use it started clumping and getting bumpy in spots.  Very disappointed.  I'm a petite senior and do not understand how the second purchase became so uncomfortable after only a few months use!?  I also ordered another Gel Microfiber pillow because I loved my first one so much. The second pillow was only half the loft of my first purchase. (in less than a year).  Don't think I will be purchasing any more products, unfortunately.
