This camera has been my dream camera ever since I saw it. My first time shooting with it was with a gymnastics performance and I used it and oh my goodness, it was taking pictures like a dream. That's when I was really locked in that this was my next camera. Now that I have the camera, it is everything I've ever wanted and more. Every little thing is adjustable to the user and the quality and overall AI focus for the camera is a dream. At first the only reason I wasn't going to get this camera was because it was so expensive and as a college student I have to spend my money sparingly so figuring out if I wanted to actually buy this camera was a huge financial debate with myself. But as I use it more and see the quality with the shots I am getting I just fall in love with it more and more and realize that it really was worth it. This camera will live with me for a few years and is worth every penny.

Best Camera Upgrade

This camera is full of additional features that my 5D did not.  So far I have been able to take some great indoor volleyball pictures.  I did get some help with setup with a couple YouTube videos.  A bit lighter than my 5D so I am hoping that it is durable.

R6 Mark II

After ordering this refurbished R6 MK II body, I instantly knew how much of an upgrade it was from the first gen R6. The accessibility features are next level.  It did take using it a few time to adjust to some changes that were made from the first gen. If you're on the fence about upgrading or purchasing refurbished do it. You still get a quality product at a great price!

R6 MK II Refurbished Upgrade

This R6 was a gift from me to a family member.  Being a life-long Canon user, currently with a 5D Mk iv, I know Canon quality is top notch and that the operating system of Canon cameras is user friendly.  The R6 is loaded with features, and I know that this will be a gift appreciated for many years.

I got lucky

Mirrorless cameras are definitely an adjustment to DSLR's but this kit was exactly what I was looking for. I do with they came with an extra battery though.

Would love multiple batteries in kits

This camera is a huge step up from my T6s from 2017.  It has blazing fast shutter speed and frame rate. I did experience some rolling shutter when shooting hummingbirds, but for most moving subjects, this is not an issue. I never would have imagined shooting 1/6400th of a second in shadows was possible but this camera did it at ISO 52000. The live view screen has a light glow from the left side when shooting astro at night. This happens no matter what angle the camera is held. This is a screen issue and not a lens issue. The biggest disappointment so far is the camera will switch writing to the second memory card slot after uploading pictures off the SD card. Sometimes it does not do this.

Amazing speed, AF and low light capabilities but has a couple of bugs

Do not buy this from this buyer or from Walmart. I received a refurbished camera with an European charger and no warranty. The listing says nothing about these things. Great camera if you buy it direct from Canon or a trusted seller.

I bought this product with the hope of using it for my business. However, upon receipt of the product, I went online to register for the manufacturer's warranty. The product is not able to be used nor warranted as the product was not meant to be sold in the USA. Therefore, Canon will not warrant the product I purchased from Walmart, rendering the product useless for my needs in my business.

Walmart Grey Market Product Purchase

I recently purchased what I thought was a standard Canon EOS R6 Mark II from Walmart.com at a price that was a couple hundred dollars lower than other retailers. What arrived was actually an international version of the camera NOT intended for sale in the USA and WITHOUT a Canon USA manufacturer's warranty.
This crucial information was not clearly disclosed in the product listing. Had I known I was purchasing an international version without manufacturer warranty protection, I absolutely would not have bought this camera.
While the camera itself functions, the lack of warranty means I have no protection if anything goes wrong. For an expensive piece of equipment like this, warranty coverage is essential. The slightly lower price is not worth the risk and hassle.
Walmart.com should be more transparent about selling international versions of products. The minor savings are not worth losing the peace of mind that comes with a proper manufacturer's warranty. Very disappointed with this misleading experience.
