My friend has been happy with his Canon SX 730.  We wanted something similar for our own use.  Walmart is my first choice on the shopping sites and we landed on this Canon SX 740.  

We are satisfied with this product and we expect to use this marvelous camera for quite a while for memorable shots like today, our American Independence Day.

Amazing camera, able to Wi-Fi to phones, printers, and other canon cameras. Defiantly recommended!!!!

Well someone needs to fix the photo because , when you look at the photo it clearly shows a 64 gb card and it only comes with a 32 gb card. Wish it had a  small case for the camera to protect it.  Otherwise I like my camera so far.  Prefect for my small hands, it is almost like the last canon powershot that I wished I had bought 3 of. Lol

I ordered this camera about a month ago and I didn't pay for express shipping or anything like that, yet my camera came about 6 days earlier than expected. This camera has great video and photo quality and takes super clear and stable shots. The battery lasts a good amount of time . This camera is also easy to use/user friendly and is very easy to set up. Keep in mind the camera will most likely not come charged so I needed to wait around 1 hour for it to fully charge before I could use it. The camera however is not the best quality videos or photos in low light, but it does have a good zoom range and can zoom in very far and still keep a clear picture. I would definitely recommend this camera  especially if you want to vlog mostly because of the flip up screen and how small and portable it is! 5 stars.

I bought this as an upgrade to my SX720 (30x zoom) and like the changes.  The 40x is one of the best for a camera you can keep in your pocket, there use to be no place to put your thumb and they rearranged the back dials to leave a thumb spot, the "De-zoom" button is at a more usable position, and of course, this has the tiltable viewer for those angled shots or selfies.  The only caution with this is that, with a smaller diameter lens, it doesn't do as well in lower light as a full sized camera - better chance of blurry pictures.  With this much zoom, you need to have the camera very steady for that as well.  Consider a tripod or even one of those hiking sticks with a camera mount for better shots if shooting long range or during dusk/dawn.  The below shots from the 710 (Earlier version of the 730)
