Grip is great iron never lies.

EXACTLY, what I wanted and in great condition. I've always said there types of plates and dumbbells were more true to the weight than coated plates and dumbbells.

This is exactly what I thought I was getting.  No surprises.  Excellent service.  They delivered 500lbs of weight to my front door.  Professional gym quality.

I ordered a set of these that came damaged. I brought them to Walmart and returned them. They took them back no questioned asked and I ordered another pair and they came in perfect condition. These dumbbells are the best in my opinion and I will continuing to order the other sets.

Seems solid. All my CAP dumbbells orders over the years through Walmart have been good. Recently the “black”CAP dumbbells ordered through another major online retailer have arrived with a loose head. Or both loose. Of those black CAP dumbbells, I have had to return 3 of 6. All of these grey ones have been good. Wish I'd ordered a few other heavy ones a few years back before the price increase though.
