Offers good value for the amount provided.

Accommodates various project types and sizes.

This yarn is great for hand knitting or on a Bond knitting machine. I don't recommend it for a Sentro Circular knitting mache, but I do love it. It holds up nicely and is easy to knit with.

Caron Yarn One Pound

walmart.com

Only reason I gave it 3 stars on value for the money is that the price is out of reach for me now. Glad I had stocked up. I like the Caron pound yarns to work with.

Enjoy Caron yarns

I have used Caron Yarn for many projects - mostly baby afghans and baby hats - due to it softness and durability especially for the price. Although I do knit, I have used this yarn mostly for crocheting and highly recommend it!

Caron Yarn

I had one of these yarns, and don't even know where I bought from months ago. I started a project, that I needed more yarn than I had. So I went online to find another one. There were several pictures, of the same yarn. But I was able to compare the actual color that I needed. Since there were several shade of the same item.
I was able to pick the actual one that I needed, that I felt was closest to what I needed. Then fingers crossed it would match, or I would have had more work, putting it such a way, to make the colors blend.
I didn't have to do any of that. What came was the perfect match...

Thanks so much for having the pictures to pick from, that were so exact!!!

Best Match ever.

Caron yarn is good quality always. Caron One Pound simply gives you more bang for your buck!

Great value for money

Easy to work with. Came fast. Heavier than baby yarn but for a warmer blanket it's great

I very much like the quality of this product. It is very worthwhile price wise. There is a great selection of colours available.

Great product. Great value.

Great yarn for beginners. Soft for acrylic. Has a slight sheen. Could be used for clothing. I'm fairly new to crochet so I'm using this to practice different stitches making dish clothes.

LOVE!

Very pretty color. Haven't started my project yet but think it's going to go well with my other choices.

I've used Caron one Pound many times and never was it as splitty to work with as this skein. I don't know if it was the color or the batch, or what, but I was not very happy with it

Horrible yarn...it frays and splits when knitting. It's 100% acrylic... but very poor quality. The afghan I'm working on is coming out way too soft...this will provide minimal warmth. It is fuzzing up as I go along. I have bought other acrylic yarns that were a dream to knit. I feel like growing in the towel on this one...but have about 12" invested...and two more skeins left.

Splitsville for me!
