[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to crochet with Caron Simply Soft Yarn, it lives up to the great reputation as a soft and sturdy yarn, it's not only super soft and silky feeling in my hands as it glides so smoothly on the hook it also has a graceful drape to finished sweaters and blankets that's never stiff and it keeps that lovely soft silky feeling even after washing and drying over and over! It holds up to daily use so beautifully it makes me proud to give my handmade items as gifts to family and friends because i know it will stay beautiful and useful for many years!! My neice still has a baby blanket i made for her  years ago that she adores and it will be lovingly passed down for her own daughter soon and i'm currently making her a sweet little amigurumi teddy bear 🧸 as one of her baby shower gifts, she is going to love it!!  This color that i'm reviewing,  Sunkissed Blackberry, was used for the popular "emotional support chicken" pattern to mimic the speckled black and white feathers of a friend's favorite laying hen as a birthday gift, she keeps it as a pillow on her bed. 🐔  TY to Walmart for keeping yarn prices low and always delivering so quickly never losing my order I really appreciate the prices and dependability  that enables me to enjoy my craft and give more gifts without breaking the budget 👍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience is that Caron Simply Soft yarns are wonderful with a subtle sheen %26 oh so soft on my skin which other acrylic yarns are not.   It's fun %26 easy to crochet with so it makes a women's top very quickly.  

It's truly my favorite yarn in all of its variations %26 colors.

I do prefer the texture of the ‘Sunkissed' yarn as compared to the original Simply Soft yarn however, serious downfall for me is  that I had to constantly stop working to untwist the yarn.  You see the yarn curling/twisting even as you are pulling the yarn from centre of skein.   Extremely frustrating.    The yarn is loosely wound so prone to splitting.
